The fitment of the grille is so off that there is a gap between the grille and hood. I had a conversation with Ricky ( not sure if he is the lead auto repair technician ) explaining my dissatisfaction with the work . Ricky stated the grille is a aftermarket part , that the insurance wouldn't pay for an oem part. The issue I have with that is Corzav's Never reached out to the insurance company to let them know the grille didn't fit , nor did Corzav's request a payment adjustment to look for another grille. The owner of Corzav's Cory reached out to me and said he would do what he could to find a OEM grille to give him 2-3 weeks that he (Cory ) wanted me to be a satisfied customer. It's been over a month and Cory has only responded to one text I sent to him that he (Cory) had been out of the country and would call me later that day when he returned. Cory has not contacted me.All I want is for my truck to be fixed to a standard that is acceptable. Corzav's has a written warranty guarantee that parts or materials used are of first quality and this is not true. I will never use or refer anyone to Corzav's. I am a extremely dissatisfied customer.
