Came by for two days to sample before making our purchase. Staff interactions were excellent; they were all happy to share some tips and direct us to the suggest pairings. It gets a bit crowded with everyone making their rounds doing samples, so be warned. On a Saturday summer afternoon, they had a small lemonade sample stand flavoured by the sugars in the Sicilian Lemon and Montmorency Rose white balsamics. Mind blown by all the different flavours!! I had no idea there is white balsamic vinegar which is used for drinks! This shop has many different dark and white flavours as well as olive oils. Some unique flavours include chocolate and coffee for dark; lychee, mango, peach, pineapple for white; lime and chimichurri for olive oils. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful store with many oils and vinegars to sample. The owner welcomed us in and she was very friendly. We tried a few and they were so fragrant. I loved the sesame oil. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was welcomed into the store and encouraged to sample as much as I liked. You can sample straight from small tasting cups, or with small pieces of bread on a toothpick. The different combinations were interesting and all over the spectrum. My favourite is the "aged black mission fig dark balsamic" with Tuscan olive oil. They'll pack up your purchase as a gift or ship to you. Even order online. We were at the Greek place across the street so we figured we would check out this little gem and that it was. The lady working was extremely helpful and they have a great variety of exotic olive oils and balsamic vinegars for bread dipping etc as well as some nice pates. We spend some time in there tasting the yummy variety and I ended up leaving with four bottles all fairly priced and I can't wait to use them for entertaining! The place is really cute so cool! Amazing olive oil and I haven't found anyplace better. They have rotating barrels depending on the season and they have suggestions on great pairings of olive oils and their balsamics. Everytime I'm in town to visit my boyfriends parents we stop by here to grab a few bottles. My all time favourite is the white truffle oil- I put this on everything! It's pricier than the other oils (obviously because it's truffle) but definitely worth it because a little goes a long way. I've recently discovered a close favourite which is their butter olive oil. It's perfect for those pastas and of course, popcorn. One of the staff showed me the most perfect pairing for popcorn, which is popping the kernels in a little bit of the butter olive oil and sprinkling their truffle salt and I tasted it and it was soooo good. They were out of their truffle salts though which was disappointing, but she was kind enough to give me the remainder of their tester bottle. We also purchased the Thai lemongrass mint white balsamic which is a newer one that I haven't tried before and again, delicious. For Christmas we reviewed the herb de Provence olive oil and the honey ginger balsamic which we're excited to try together on some salads. All in all, such an amazing little store on the Sunshine Coast that makes amazing quality olive oils, balsamics and more.
