Steve was prompt, professional and was understanding of the wedding timeline. I kept hearing amazing things about the music that was being played while people were being seated. He called my parents to get a better understanding of the songs we had picked weeks before. All of the songs we had picked were played. Since this was in my parents backyard, this was a bit of a different setup and layout. Steve was awesome and super helpful. He would answer any questions,before, during and after the wedding. When I did reach him, he reassured me that he would be able to perform our wedding. We have spoken again at 2 points since then updating on our plans. At this point, he was going to DJ for just us in a room with our attendees on Zoom. He said would refund part of our fee due to this which I thought was nice. Instead, 3 weeks ago I receive an e-mail from a family member letting me know that he was ill and was cancelling our wedding. For 3 weeks I have tried to contact him via e-mail, weddingwire, phone and replied to his family member regarding him refunding us since he no longer was going to be providing any DJ services for our wedding. He (or his family member) has yet to reply. I feel very bad that he is ill, but this is unprofessional and very frustrating.

Outside of keeping the dance floor full, Bobby was terrific to work with. He is super professional and makes a point to respond to all emails within hours. We also hired Bobby B Entertainment to provide a Photo Booth for our wedding and it was spectacular. Bobby actually ordered a special backdrop for us (as a part of our package) and it was gorgeous and unique. One thing I didn't realize was that the Photo Booth doesn't print pictures just provides them to the guest digitally. It wasn't a big deal to me or my guests, but worth noting if that is important to you. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Bobby and Bobby B Entertainment!
