Thankfully, it was not that busy. The pump fueled quickly and a receipt was provided without entering the convenience store. Aside from gasoline, which is priced .20 higher then a few miles north, they offer a drive thru car wash for a fee. Without messing around, I quickly got back on the highway northbound.

The food mart has a great selection of snacks, food, beverages and ice. Great customer service overall. Price for gas is a little high but is really convenient for the location.

While one employee apologized, another staff member simply told me to "just reorder" instead of offering any real help or taking accountability for the situation. If the team was truly sorry, they would have assisted me directly instead of sending me back to the kiosk after I had already waited so long. Overall, I felt dismissed and poorly treated, as if my time and work didn't matter. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and avoidable with better communication and customer service. Regardless of the requirement to reorder at the kiosk, the manner in which this situation was handled was unprofessional and should be reviewed and addressed. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff responsiveness and accountability, especially when dealing with delivery drivers who are working under time pressure.

Their prices are always good for the gas too and it's close to the I-95 for a quick fill up either en route or before you get onto the interstate. However, if you go into the store for anything, paying with cash, smokes, slurpees etc...be prepared to wait, because these gals (and I'm not being sexist here, because I have been going here for five years and have yet to see a guy behind the counter), these gainfully employed women work slower than molasses on a cold Southern morning. Pack your patience.
