The man that walked me to my car - said to me nicely oh we can put air in it and then I said I have a spare and then he said let me get someone to help you change it and walked away. To me this meant he was getting someone so I waited and cleared the items out of my trunk to get to the spare tire The cashier / manager ( so he says) name was Dennis then said from the cashier stand and not in the original conversation, I can only put air in it. These were two separate conversations When I went to pay and then also left a 20.00 tip I asked Dennis where the other man went that offered me help. He said as his voice started escalating - I told you already I can only offer you air. I am here with my daughter and I was only waiting on the other man to come back because I thought that is what was happening As the conversation proceeded - Dennis started to berate me. I mean screaming I only offer you air and then I said ( I have not raised my voice at this point or did I ever) oh I was thinking someone was coming to help me. He proceeds to scream and I mean he is screaming at me to the point where all of the other workers washing the cars stop and look/ and a few of them come over to ask if everything is okay. He proceeds to also keep going and I ask him - why are you screaming at me. I am only asking this because this other gentlemen told me he could help if that is not the case then please let me know. I am sure this isn't the first time. I was mortified, humiliated and embarrassed for my daughter and I. This man must get reprimanded. This is unacceptable, what kind of person yells at a customer or at the baseline another human like this. I can also imagine how he treats the staff and other customers too This is a zero star experience for me

Unfortunately, this last visit may be my last. When I first got into the car, it looked okay, but once I took it outside in daylight, it was obvious that the cleaning was very poorly done. The entire front area was still dusty, as if it hadn't been wiped at all. The vacuuming was also not up to standard -- there were still a lot of small stones and debris (the little grit from the floor) left behind, which made it feel like the vacuum either wasn't working properly or wasn't used thoroughly. For almost $40 with tip, you expect a much better and more detailed clean. It's always sad when a business you like doesn't maintain the same standard of service. I hope this was just an off day, but this experience was very disappointing.

They sprayed a chemical on my wheels that destroyed them and immediately took a position of "I'm doing you a favor" to fix it - which they failed to do. My cars are perfect. I just got the entire car paint corrected and the wheels repainted by a certified Porsche shop and they were flawless. They now look like acid or milk is baked into them. When I brought it to them to fix, which they failed to do, I even caught the guy wiping down my entire car with a dirty barely wet rag. WTH? The owner is full of excuses and will clearly not stand behind damage they do. Excuses: It was that way when it came to us. Not true. The wheels have improper lacquer and coating. Not true. The wheels look good. Not true. FACTS: My paint was "just" re-corrected. My wheels were bright Glossy and Flawless. Yes, flawless. They now have a film over them and buffer scratched everywhere. They look old and worn down. Your detail guy wiped me entire dirty and dusty car down with a 1/2 damp dirty rag. I literally watch him doing it and told him to stop but he kept doing it. I instantly noticed the wheels were damaged, and you acted like you know my car and you do not. I will be sharing this experience with everyone in the car industry especially in the Aventura area. You need to learn how to own mistakes you make. Im neither dumb or weak so its not going to work. Cut a check so I can fix the damage you've done or brace yourself.

I was helped by none other than Precious, who is very knowledgeable and professional and walk me through the different options available. She told me about perks and benefits of different memberships and help me find the best wash for what I was looking for without trying to push something I didn't need. All the packages are very well priced by the way it was just nice to be treated with that top-notch level of customer care that Precious offered- she's the reason for the fifth star. The wash itself was easier to navigate and I'm very happy with the quality and price point. I'm also happy to share with you all that their individual stations that have a dispenser with fresh towels of two different varieties which I've actually never seen before at Any Car Wash.
