The amount that is charged for childcare here definitely doesn't match the quality of what is offered to these children. Between eating the same snacks and sub par lunch meals it's not worth it. Then they charge a ridiculous amount of fees for the summer portion just to turn around and cancel majority of the field trips with no rescheduling or an activity to make up for it. There is hardly any opportunity for family engagement either. And then there's management smh Since Irma has left, the quality of customer service has dropped tremendously! Ms. Ellen seems to never really have any answers or solutions and Ms. Aiesha needs to go. She is so rude and condescending it makes you wonder how she even has this job!!!! The way the center functions is beyond anything I could ever imagine or dream of in a daycare. Everyday the kids come home and I see how much they've learned and grown, all credit due to the teachers. They have an amazing menu for breakfast/lunch/snacks. They not only teach about colors and ABCs but manners, social skills, all the way down to how to learn to drink from a cup. I am constantly bragging about this center. I was very hesitant, I'm sure as most moms are, to drop off my kids with strangers; but I have no concerns or worries when my kids are there.
