I really appreciated that he asked if he needed to take his boots off. Mel really gave my son and I the southern hospitality vibe which we adored. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and knew exactly how to fix the issues at hand. My son's shower had a leak due to the handle being loose and a cartridge having gone bad on the internal mechanism. My house is 20+ years old so slowly things are starting to go bad. Mel did not have the part needed on hand, but that wasn't an issue for him. He went to 3 different stores to find the part I needed and ensured that my son had a working shower the same day. (which is much appreciated since he is 13 years old) Also fixed was my garbage disposal, it was a quicker job, but not only did he make sure the disposal was properly installed; he made sure to clean up after himself as well! Now, the install works, both hot and cold function exactly as intended, but cosmetically it missed the mark. The spigot doesn't sit flush and the pipes are slightly crooked. Not a deal-breaking safety issue, just one of those things where you look at it and think, "Hmm... that could've been cleaner." Functional, but visually not their strongest performance. Overall, Bell Cow is responsive, friendly, and competitively priced. I appreciate the quick communication and solid operation of the spigot.
