Had inspections done from out of state. Inspector noted. Few things wrong. Missed alot of others. Broken tile in master shower. Wiring in crawl space tossed everywhere. Not secured. Reinspection never bothered to note the floor wasn't fixed. Or the gutter end cap. Wiring had sand tossed over it. Garage door bent at bottom. Huge hole in front by garage door not fixed(cane toad living in it). Holes in laundry room cabinet for water lines. Not sealed (cockroaches were coming out the hole ) and they cut the side of cabinet out.. huge pump behind hose. Not wired to anything. If he would have noted 1/4 of the issues. I wouldnt of bothered with this shithole. And now I'm stuck dealing with a deadbeat seller as stuff in the contract wasn't fixed. And it's my issues now. Thanks sunshine and Tj wohl read more

Soooo, if you live in FL and own a home or condo, you need to know about a Wind Mitigation Document (WMD). It's a state form, filled out by a licensed inspector, that details how well your property can handle wind. In hurricane country this is a big deal! This form can help when deciding to purchase a property but is very often used by sending it to your property insurance company. Trust me, if you make certain changes to your property, you can save big bucks on your insurance premium. So, in my case I got a new roof. I went from a roof that was over 30 years old to a roof that was 0 years! I called these fine folks to do the inspection and complete the document. I easily booked an appointment for the next day and two very nice guys arrived ten minutes into the arrival window. So far so good. They were done in well under an hour and promised to email me the completed doc that afternoon. I received the email around 3:30 that completed their outstanding service from beginning to end! The fee was $100 and I'm looking forward to a savings of hundreds of dollars annually on my insurance premium! Would rate NO star. Contacted regarding a new home inspection. An appointment was scheduled. Then the owner called and declined taking the job because he knew the Contractor. Claims he didn't want any hard feelings between himself and the Contractor. Not a professional in my opinion. Glad he isn't in law enforcement or the court system. Hired to do an inspection on a property I was purchasing. He didn't miss a single missing sink stopper, moulding or broken light switch but failed to note a softball size rust area on the AC condenser which was presumably caused by years of a dog urinating on the unit (as per AC technician). Upon learning of the issue I brought it to the attention of Mr. Fuller. His failure to acknowledge his error and/or omission is disturbing to say the least. Zero stars is a more reasonable review. Thanks for missing an issue that could have been negotiated into the sale price of the home. You cost me money. read more

Jimmie & Jonathan did an excellent job on our home inspection and termite inspection. They were on time, and the report was easy to read. They tell it like it is. If the house is not worth buying, they let you know. Some people probably don't agree with that, but it is my money I'm spending and I don't want a money pit to start off with.
