My LO has learned to sing several songs in English and Mandarin, and has even learned over 40 Chinese characters! Amy's space is always impeccably tidy, clean, and safe. Tuition is also very reasonable which is great. Eva has been incredibly dedicated, kind, and caring since day one. She worked with us to help our child transition smoothly to daycare. We received photos/videos and messages sharing about our child's day and progress. They read books, learned numbers and the alphabet, played music with kid instruments, sang songs (in English and Mandarin), engaged in games that helped with their motor skills, and did lots of arts and crafts. It was wonderful to see pictures/videos of my child really enjoying herself while practicing balancing, hopping, and dancing in their activities. Eva worked with us on sleep training, potty training, and ways to encourage our child to eat a more balanced meal. She communicated with us when we needed to bring more diapers or leave extra clothes based on the season/weather. Knowing our child was happy and safe at daycare gave us total peace of mind. Little Panda provided a cozy and nurturing environment but also helped my child grow with confidence. She loved going to daycare and often talked about her friends. She proudly shared about the things she learned and admired her artwork that we hung on the fridge. We all miss Little Panda and can't thank Eva enough for working so hard to help our child learn and grow.

My child has been to a few different daycare programs, including one that's literally 2x the price (Bright Horizons). However, HHP is the only place where my partner and I felt all the teachers (that we've met thus far) have a genuine passion for the kids. At a previous daycare, my child only talked about one teacher who seemed to really care, who unsurprisingly was the only teacher we felt actually enjoyed her job as a preschool teacher. However, at HHP, my child raves about all the teachers. There is a glaring weakness at HHP though, and that's the administration team. Unfortunately, other Yelp feedback about the slow and sometimes lack of responses (via phone or email) are true in my experience. Phone calls or emails go unanswered for days or weeks at a time, if at all. Fortunately, interaction with the admin office are mostly unnecessary after the child is actually enrolled. I'm hoping this area will be improved! If there are any "emergencies" or issues with my child at school, the teachers are very good about either calling or emailing us. And teachers are timely in their responses to our proactive emails to them as well. All in all, HHP has been a very positive place for my child.
