His jobs are well planned out before sets the first piece of material. From laser measuring the dimensions, to mitering the end pieces, he does it all. One of the jobs that he did for us was a whole house marble floor. The carpet was ripped out, the entire floor sealed, before laying the marble. If you know anything about a slab floor, it's that they are never level. We wanted the floor butted, with no grout lines. Joe checked the level of every piece installed, and used the mud base to level every piece. Joe is my go to guy, even if I wait in line on his schedule. Remember to have "Patience for Perfection."
