I take pride in knowing that my educators are engaged with the children throughout the day whether it be through academic centers or free play. I see children with happy faces engaging with their peers, I see educators interacting with the children, becoming excited as the children accomplish a new task, offering comfort and love when the children need that extra hug. Again, I apologize to Bianca B and I wish that she had approached me with her concerns. I most certainly would have addressed them. I have been working with children and parents since 1991 and I truly love what I do.

Unlike some daycare centers, where the management remains aloof and detached from the children and staff, the BITC Management team are constantly moving through the center, providing support and supervision. I was particularly happy with the fact that their two playgrounds are directly attached to the building and completely enclosed. Choosing a daycare can be an anxiety provoking decision for a parent, we are happy in our knowledge that we made the right choice with BITC.

But we were so amazed at the loving environment, the caliber of the childcare providers and educators and the quality of the curriculum for all age groups that we decided to move to full time, permanent care for our baby. Then we also moved our preschooler into their program full time (we moved her out of another local program and into Wee Care). It's been the best decision our family ever could have made. The school follows a curriculum that integrates art, science, music & movement, technology, creative play and social skills. Our daughter is now full time in Pre-K at Wee Care and we are so amazed at what she's learning each and every week. We feel she will be more than prepared to begin Kindergarten next year. The school also does a fantastic job creating a close knit community with events for families (a Halloween party, holiday pot luck, end of year party, etc.). There are also fun special events for the kids throughout the year. The quality of both the childcare and education at Wee Care is second to none. They looked after all the kids very well, and we felt very comfortable leaving our baby with them. They did a lot of art work too which adorns our house now. They take credit cards for monthly payments - A plus! The office staff could have been better though. They aren't very responsive to emails, and everything takes endless follow-up.
