I sent my son to this center only for two days Monday and Tuesday…read more He was "abused". Please please don't send your kids to this center, they whole system is a liar. I blame myself that I didn't listen to the reviews online. I blame myself not to do research enough. I blame myself to be to naive to believe that they will treat our kids as we do. 1. smoke: the first day on Monday when we picked him up, I smelled smoke on him. The next day we talked to one of the teachers, she said they can ask the person to wear a jacket which means that they know some teachers do smoke. I am sorry that is not right. I am sorry that means the teachers don't care about kids, if she is really a teacher that love her job and care kids she will not smoke. I blame the KinderCare National chain that they don't have a policy to not allow smoke even on-site. I blame KinderCare that allow to hire employees who smoke. 2. liars and no diaper change. On Tuesday when I picked up my son, he cried immediately when he saw me and I felt it is a poop diaper but I didn't think much, cause in the app it looks like the diaper changed a hour ago. When I got home and changed his diaper, I noticed that there are two layers of poop, the first layer is dry and yellow, the second layer is green but wet. My son usually poop twice a day, usually happened when you feed him in the morning and afternoon. During the day I was wondering that why he didn't poop. I showed the diaper to my mother in law without saying anything, and she was mad and told me that they didn't changed the diaper. I am sorry, as a daycare for a 6 months baby, you need to feed him and change diaper, that's mostly almost his life. If you can't do those basic, what can you do? 3. When I changed the diaper, I noticed the diaper rash, I was wondering how come? We use desitin every time when we change diaper. And I wrote a long list of what to do with my baby just in case the teachers don't know. And I filed the form to allow them to use the Desitin. Until Thursday when I husband picked up all our belongings, as you can see the Desitin and Vaseline are all new, not touched at all which means that my baby has been sitting in the dirty diaper a whole day with no cream. As a mom how do you feel? I want to ask the teachers if that is your kid, how do you feel? While you will see on the app they changed the diaper, I assumed that there is a easy click to report to change diapers but they didn't do it. My husband picked up all diapers and it turns out that they use nine diapers at all. I thank the teachers that not to fake to change diapers. 4. Horses voice. On Tuesday when I picked him up, I noticed his voice was horses. While the teacher said " no I don't hear it, it is fine". When I got him he creamed more and we are very sure it is horses. If he didn't cry harder or longer how come? 5. Don't be fooled when the teacher says that their kids are in the center. Yes of course, you can see your kid every day and you can take care even when you are working. And your colleagues of course will treat your kids better. 6. This center is not well organized. When my husband picked up our belongings, they missed two bags of wipes and one sleeve of diapers. The only reason I choose this center is that when I talked to the director or Miss. S , I like them and I do feel they care kids. But when I met the teachers my gut feeling said no, but I still want to give it a try. It turns out that I should trust my gut feeling. I don't know other toddler or program, but I want you to know that the infant classroom is not a place that you can trust, is not where your beloved should be. I wish the other 6 kids parents will know the truth and see my comments. I thank the teacher not fake to changed the diaper before we picked him up, otherwise we will never know. I thank god that I am lucky to find out this center is a liar so soon. I as a new mom, I wish I can find a teacher that really care kids. I wish KinderCare care kids and not hire who smoke. I wish the United State education system can do better to take care of little kids.

Bright Horizons Wellesley has been a phenomenal experience for our family. We absolutely love this…read moreschool, our daughter has attended it from toddler room through k-prep. It is such an enriching environment filled with teachers who treat each child with intentional & individual care, celebrating who they are and helping them grow into who they will become. The teachers are incredible educators and our daughter comes home each day excited to share what she's learned. The director Amy is the center's bedrock, and she has fostered such a family-first culture. Leaving your little one each day at a place you feel so good about is everything. We are so grateful to everyone who makes the school the special place it is, and would choose it every time. Utmost recommendation.

It's not just daycare, but it's been such an educational and enriching experience having both my kids grow and learn here. Amy goes above and beyond to answer all my questions over phone or email or in-person. She is always energetic, sharp, and was able to find solutions to help our kids transition comfortably to school. The lead teacher Taylor has been so thorough and responsible with our kids. She always has detailed updates and navigates through challenges when my kids have tantrums. I've interview so many schools, and BH Wellesley has been top-notch in every aspect- from responsiveness to cleanliness to education to integrity to staff. I can't say enough good things about this place.
