I don't think anyone's ever done such an amazing job on either one of those for me. She was quick, friendly, and did EXACTLY what I asked for. It was a tall order since she took about 5 inches off, plus put a ton of layers in. It looks and feels incredible. The shop was clean, conveniently located, relaxing, and they have surprisingly good prices for the quality of service and hospitality they provide. The only down side is that they don't take credit/debit, but there is a regions ATM right across the street.
