Not knowing it was franchised I asked if we could move my plan over to a closer location. This was the owners response, I never once intended to avoid the cancellation fee. So I was rather disappointed to see this as a response to me trying to relocate to an easier branch for me. I loved the teachers at this location and would have made the drive if it made sense but sadly after this response I will not be doing that.

I buy a 40 pack of classes and use them usually within 6 months, but you have a year. Usually the hour class is half cardio, half weights. I love it, you go at your own pace and level of comfort, but the coaches are there to support your form and to help push you if you want. They have special programs to help motivate, like a weight-loss challenge, and others.
