Love this place!! Workouts always mix and change up and you always leave feeling so accomplished and strong, and the results are amazing. The trainers are SO encouraging and won't leave your side until you feel comfortable with the movements. They'll work with you to reach your goals, and if you need motivation, they'll help set your goals and push you to limits you didn't think was possible. The other people are so so friendly, helpful, and encouraging as well. It's like a big family. They dance, joke, laugh; it's so much fun, all while encouraging each other to be their best, strongest selves. Tried a few different gyms and had bad experiences with rude trainers and staff but this is honestly the best one yet! All the trainers are super kind and supportive! Been going here for about 4 or 5 months and have seen tremendous results in muscle mass and fat loss. I thought I was in pretty good shape until I gave fit crew a try. This place will take your fitness and mental toughness to the next level. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who encourage you to push your limits but never pressure you to do anything you are not comfortable with. After a few visits I was hooked. I've been going to FitCrew for awhile now and have gotten to know the owners and trainers over the years. The atmosphere is energetic and friendly. I have been going to Ray's HIIT class and Kourtney's Ab class regularly and really love it! A few months back I started Personal Training sessions with Kourtney. She does a great job with mixing up the workouts and keeps it interesting. Her vision and approach to the training stays consistent throughout the entire session. I have been working out here for 4 1/2 years. I absolutely love it!!! It's a complete package. They not only work with you on exercise but diet also. I have discovered that I can do so much more than I would have ever guessed. They push me out of my comfort zone without me feeling too pushed. If you're looking for a dynamic workout, access to a wide breadth of equipment, and are interested in weightlifting but do not want to do CrossFit, it's the place for you. As a functional gym it stands up to the best of the best in both Miami and London, where I've also held memberships. Love this gym! Have been working out here for years and it is home. The facility, the trainers, the workouts, even the gym dog, Trigger, are all the very best. It is as good for first timers as for world class athletes (many pro tennis players train here and even some Division 3 MVPs!). Fitcrew is a family first then an amazing workout. Everyone is nice and willing to help out others when they are struggling. It is scary the first time you walk in but then everyone is so nice.
