I paid over $60.00 for the express package .. I did not expect my car to be detailed but I sure as hell hoped it would be wiped down properly. There were streaks every where on the interior, totally half ass job. They did not even put the back seats down, I had to do that. The only thing that Was done somewhat okay was the front plastic mats. When I showed the Manager all he had to say to me was well it was better then when it came in.... and walked away. VERY IGNORANT MAN. I showed 3 people when I arrived home and they were shocked at what I paid over $60.00 for. I will never recommend these people to anyone I care about or anyone reading these reviews. My 9 year old Grandson could have done a better job.... So disappointing!!!!! read more

DO NOT USE IF YOU CARE ABOUT. YOUR VEHICLE!!!!! Went through with my truck end of last week, zero scratches, came out the other end with the entire truck scratched (med to light) from bumper to bumper, I went back to speak with the owne, He said it was from driving down the road. Honestly he could care less unless it was completely destroyed. I'm bought the membership and use the right lane .Useful when it's busy. Wash is great and new vacuum service is very useful. Also special washing area for floor mats is great for removing winter salt. I'm happy with this business. read more

I was very disappointed with the results from having my car vacuumed and cleaned, I asked for the interior windows to be done and the car washed as well, wasn't done, over priced for what I got, I wish I had read the reviews before going there. what a shame read more

The front guy who deals with the bookings is absolutely ignorant and just an awkward person. He doe know how to have a conversation. Stated that my car was really dirty and next time I would be charged more money. The car was half cleaned and he stated it was because I needed to leave it for a full day so I asked what a full day was and he stated 9 to 5 but my car was there from 8 to 5 lol then he said oh well we were really busy like as if that's my problem. Don't book cars if you can't complete the cleaning. He just tried to blame the customers. He talks but doesn't have a clue what he is saying. I will never go there again I would rather clean my own car or gets my kids to do it because at least it would actually get cleaned. Never go here read more

Brutal congestion and confusion caused damage to my vehicle and they will not do anything. I will get an estimate, fix my car and bring it to them with my lawyers contact info. Manager Scott Hewett was uncaring and would not even give me his contact info until I asked. Never again will I use this service and I recommend anyplace else. TERRIBLE! read more

Price decent, quality of the equipment and location excellent. I used the 24hr coin wash part of the car wash, so that's what I'll be evaluating. Wanted to wash the rubber mats on my car late at night, so I went to this venue. They had 4 clips on the walls to hang your rubber mats at all but 1 bay, and they had at least 6 bays. All of the clips that were there were in perfect working condition, unlike at many other coin washes. I settled on one of the bays, and realized that you could pay either via coin or even via credit card, which I had never seen at a car wash. The initial starting rate was cheaper using coins, so that's the route I decided to take (see pics attached for details on actual pricing). The equipment was in excellent good shape, with buttons to select which setting you wanted, all of which worked quite well. There was also no ice on the floors, unlike most other coin wash venues I've recently visited I only needed to use the initial $3 I deposited in the machine to pre-rinse my mats, shampoo them, and rinse the shampoo off. They looked very clean why I was done. When it comes to cleaning my car's rubber mats any time day or night, I'd definitely return to this venue. read more
