This place is a factory and you get to try their sandles. The lady behind my counter was busy chatting with her friends even I was ready to pay. So, the service could be a bit slow. But the prices are not bad and they have some cute colors. I ended up buying a salmon pink sandles, a wallet, and a hair accessory. If the sandles are comfortable, I may go back.

Loren had the greatest smile, the kindest voice, and was not overbearing or obnoxious like a lot of the sales people I met in stores. She left me to look around on my own, but was available in seconds every time I needed assistance. I watched how she interacted with other customers and her service was spot on. Good customer service seems to be a practice that is lost in our country at this point in time and I know it must be affecting productivity as well as sales. That's why I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding service that Lauren provided. She understands what good customer service means and she delivers.
