I had one big Blind that broken and never stay up. Another two small blinds had 6 broken slits with no tilt for one of them. They fixed them very well the same day and all of them work great now. We had original windows from the 90s in our house and we were having a hard time keeping the house insulated, our heating and cooling bills were insane and we basically had heaters or fans running 24/7. Since getting the windows and door replaced, our house has been much easier to heat and we haven't had to keep the heater running. We also didn't realize how much outside noise was getting into the house- but our house is way more quiet now, and multiple people have commented on it. They're really easy to open and close, they have locks we can use to keep the windows open partially and not have to worry about people getting in or our toddler getting out. They also have drainage set up where there isn't a bunch of gunk in the windows all the time. Scheduling was really easy. I'm a nurse so I work untraditional hours sometimes and the whole team worked really well to fit us in. Aidan, our sales associate, helped by fitting in appointments on weekends and texting back and forth to help answer questions as we debated quotes. He was really helpful in figuring out which options we really needed, versus things we could skip, and helped us find some nice discount options. Al, who came to measure the windows, was efficient and even brought treats for our dogs when he came by. He gave us clear instruction for how to clear everything out around the outside of the house for easy installation. We had Brad Sr. and Brad Jr. for our installation team and they were wonderful. They were careful about keeping our gate and doors closed as they worked, because we have animals who would take off otherwise. They were super sweet to our dogs, and talked to our toddler every time she went to see them. They communicated clearly around weather and rescheduling (it was way too cold one day so we had to reschedule, but barely). They were flexible and answered all our questions. One of the dogs messed up some of the caulk, and they fixed it before they left for us. For all the windows and the door, it took maybe a day and a half for installation, and they worked bit by bit to make sure the house didn't get too cold as they worked. They also worked with us to decide where they worked, since we had to work around our toddler's nap. We got quotes from two nationwide companies, as well as from McCloud and chose to go wit McCloud both because they were cheaper for the same product and because they were local and more personable. Would definitely recommend them!

I Hired Apco to put new siding on my house, it did not need it we really just wanted a color change…read moreand a new look, what a mistake! I am giving one star only because you must to leave a review. I told the salesman that I had extensive construction back ground and wanted to make sure the siding was installed correctly, he told me that there crews are so good they never have problems! I said I want to make sure the siding is left with proper room to expand when hot and shrink when cold, also nails are to be in the nail slots loosely so siding can move horizontally when expanding. I was told it woud take six weeks for them to start, at eight weeks I was calling them beause I had not heard anything and weather was now getting cold, finally they called with a start date. The day they came out Jay who was the supervisor showed up to meet me and we talked for ten minutes and he left! I went to an appointment, when I came back nine workers none of which could speak any English were there. Hitting the nails far to forcefully there work was beyond sloppy, siding cut to long or to short! The salesman said it would take seven to eight days to complete the Job, they were done in one day! These people do not know what a level is used for evidently, I have siding that is not level and started at different heights on each side of electical conduit on the front of my home so it looks ridiculous! Our house house has several exposed areas where improper cuts were made and are now subject to water infiltration. We have had them out two times to let them fix some of the visual problems, I have wasted my time walking around showing Jay the superintendent all of the eye sores and he gets two items fixed and says they are done! At this point we have siding up high on the east side of our house that was cut to short, but clearly not nailed properly because it is starting to come off! Our experience to this point has been terrible and we are still trying to let them make it right. The biggest problem is the siding being nailed to tight and cuts that are to tight, which leads to warping and leaking in the years to come. I have the manufacturers istallation instructions which were clearly not followed, and voids the manufacturers warranty. The proper solution would be to tear the siding off and have a trained supervised crew start over! I could go on but this is already to long save yourself a lot of grief and premature aging and find a company that cares about quality!

These guys are top-notch…read more I had bought all the items I needed for my surround system separately, I knew what I wanted and could afford. ResAv was more than happy to do the custom install. We worked on a plan and it was up to them to execute the plan. At the last minute I decided to use Sonance in-wall speakers instead of what I had bought, so some tweaking was done in the process. No problem. (By the way the Sonance speakers made all the difference in sound and especially look) ResAv did all the custom wiring. In some cases it was difficult. My crawl space is not small, but not large either. They installed the connections to the receiver. No problem. The result is a clean looking and superb sounding A/V system ready to handle anything I throw at it. Over the three years they have always been there for information, consulting, and on-site when I need for that to happen. Pricing is competitive. In an industry where you usually don't get what you pay for, you can count on that with ResAv. They are honest, hard-working, creative, and VERY knowledgeable people. I know a handful of friends/family that have used ResAV and they all say the same thing, "best in town." My guess is the "business owner" that gave the unfavorable review was asking for the moon. Also to note, this is a small business Custom Integrator, not a 1-800 fix it. So running a service call, for a speaker issue that was installed by whomever and whenever, won't be top priority. Nice attempt with, "as well as asking for a price on an accessory," I doubt it.
