Incomplete work, left attic floor boards unattached with exposed nails,insulation scattered , very dangerous. New pipes were not installed adjacent to old pipes and, we were charged more to have them put in the proper place. Then,when carpenter came to finish his work, he said " why are there no valves"? We had valves which he removed, and did not replace. We had to hire a different plumber to finish the work that every contractor we spoke to said should have been done initially. Plumber who finished the job said he could done the complete job for $1000. less than we were charged and we wouldn't have to pay until it was completed.

It is safe to say that they treated you well and you receive something like five star service that said you pay a 7 star price. My issue was resolved in 12-15 minutes for $350 that included $20 in parts. By analogy that translates into a $1400 hourly rate. Hey, at least the took 15 minutes beforehand to inspect all my other plumbing and try to sell me a membership perhaps I should say my hourly rate was $700. My lawyer who is a top litigation attorney charges way less per hour! They are the private jet price plumbers!
