And by desperately I mean they need to start working in roughly two hours and they can't start without the books... So I always call Colleen at Print Plus, usually in a semi-frantic state, and ask her to produce the impossible (the paper the books come on is hard to come by). She rallies the troops, calls in favors, works past business hours, updates me every step of the way, and finishes in record time, EVERY time. She's incredible!!
