First time shopping here. There is a couple areas to avoid in the store unless you're a yuppie and don't care what you pay but a lot of it was similar to Walmart pricing with some seriously happy people working. They advertise a great online website to order from. That is so inaccurate. I went online to start an order and it took me about 10 minutes for it to find a location for a super one in my city. After I did that it took me another 10 minutes to create an account and when I started searching for certain products it would show me something I didn't want. Due to physical disability I have to do online shopping so I will not shop online with super One foods. read more

The store is absolutely beautiful clean with a nice deli and you can order soft serve ice cream and a food bar that changes daily and a very nice meat dept and a huge produce area . Selection and spirits. Also are sold with very nice parking and in a good location. read more

Produce is horrible i bought three avocados two rotten one good got three gala apples two were bad and only one was good only thing at Super One Foods that is any good is their chicken but I haven't had it in a long time so it possibly bad as well what is happening in our town when you can't buy produce from a grocery store without it being rotten. read more

My husband and I went there for the first time today and we amazed at how many things were well priced and the variety and the sale items !!!! Wow !!!! We like the fact that you have actual cashiers and not self checkouts. We will be able to save money shopping here and we will be able to cut out going to 2 other stores in our shopping trip. I like the large variety available in the store, and the sale prices are usually good. This is not one of the less expensive stores but it is very clean and the people are always very friendly. I also feel like it has one of the easiest parking lots. read more

Never been to one but the inside is really bright and clean. Prices are lower than Albertsons and I think better quality. Lots of seldom seen fruits. Deli was real nice too read more

I wish I had a store this nice where I live! Super clean - even fresh flowers in the bathrooms! Great selection and good prices. And the staff is very friendly. The only reason they don't get five stars is you can't get freshly made sandwiches at the deli - just prepared ones. read more

I think overall this is a great store. I'm a little disappointed in the deli section. They used to have the best fried chicken in town. Something is different now. New distributor maybe? Not as big pieces and coating is not the same. They do go thru a lot of help there. read more

I love their produce selection! I started doing my grocery pickups here about 2 months ago after using Walmart and let me tell ya these guys have not disappointed yet. I was expecting to pay a lot more for my weekly grocery trips but it's about the same and sometimes less than what I was paying at Walmart. I buy a lot of items to make food not so much of the prepackaged stuff which is why I think it is cheaper. I love their bulk food section! read more

I find personal service on 1 to 10 at 0. I have bought top sirloin steak at Super One, Great Falls Mt, in the past cut 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick and been very pleased with the results. My disappointment is trying to find someone to fill my request. I've learned to not show up after 5, all meat cutters have left for the day. I stopped on a Saturday at 3pm, no meat cutters available. I requested to speak with the store manager, and he met with me. When I expressed my anger, he passed it off, sorry we're short a meat cutter have a nice day and walked away. Ok next I decide to call on a Wednesday and place and order to be done whenever they can. The phone was answered promptly by a lady but I was passed off to a meat cutter. I gave him my request for 2 packages of 1 1/2-to-2-inch top sirloin steak. I was told to hold while he checked with manager. When he returned, I was told that cut that thick was considered a roast and they are not on sale. In my frustration I told him very crudely where his boss could stick it. I based my disappointed feelings on the fact that I was the Head Meat cutter for my family's 3 store operation here in Great Falls for 30 years. Are full service, meat, grocery and produce operation lasted over 80 years, so I consider it a success. At no time was the work crew reduced at the most critical busy times Expressly 5-7 PM when majority of people are getting off work. Wednesdays and Saturdays the 2 biggest volume days of the week. Nice, new store. Very busy with limited parking. I don't blame the store for this, it's the new place to go in Great Falls so it'll be crazy busy until the newness wears off. Super 1 has a nice selection of organic food and a lot of wild-caught seafood options. I was not impressed with Super 1's prices in general; not terribly high but definitely not a bargain for most items. Super 1 does have a large deli that I plan to try. The prices were a little better than Albertsons and they have a lot more produce than Albertsons. We were very excited to check out their meat counter but they were a little pricier than we've seen. The meat wasn't bad though. They had sweet breads in and I've never seen that carried at any other grocer. I like the way the store is planned out. Easy to navigate. Tried their deli out; they have soft serve ice cream that they serve in HUGE portions. It's at a very reasonable price. All in all, would shop again. read more

This store is great! The prices are good all around, some higher, some lower than the other stores. Lots of products not found at the others either. They have a great grab n go deli with soft serve ice cream for $1. And it's twice as big as what you get at McD's. Lots of fresh produce; the donuts are very good, meat counter is great, I can go on and on but you get the idea. They even still have a video rental department!! read more

The store is clean and the employees are really nice. The variety of products is good; they even have a healthy sized natural foods section. The deli is pretty good and is the major reason we shop there. It is not the cheapest store in town though it usually has bargains. I will definitely keep going back. read more

The other food store managers in town could learn about customer service training from Super 1. Consistently, Super 1 has the BEST staff (knowledgeable, friendly, polite, FAST). Always leave satisfied with my experience and will continue to be a patron. Plus their fresh glazed donuts knock everyone else's sad little stale offerings out of the park. read more

I like to be able to come in with the wife and have a place to sit down and sometimes buy something to eat from the deli or gram a ice cream cone. I think all places should have a place for sitting and relax. When the wife gets done shopping she find me and gram something from the deli also. So I go to super one voicing my concern about their lack of concern with public safety, granted yes I was a little frustrated because the gentleman was rather short with me, so I voice my opinion by saying "that is bulshit you people should know better than that" shortly after I was asked by the same gentleman to leave the store because I voiced my concern and apparently I cursed by saying that, now when I go to a store and I voice my concern about lack of safety with covid and I get asked to leave the store that is grounds for some problems I think, these people are disrespectful and don't care about our safety and concern sounds like a great store to go to! read more

I really like Super 1 here in Great Falls Mt.. Good prices, very polite help. My only gripe is the Deli fried chicken. It used to be the best around. The last 2 time we have bought it, The pieces are way smaller and the batter is different and a lot greasier and not crispy. . . They must have changed distributors. Selection and prices were decent. Have been in a few times. Nothing special that would make me think of going there first. Went in tonight later than usual while a group of guys were restocking the shelves. Haven't heard that many F-bombs dropped inside a business in a long time. They saw there were customers around, yet didn't think anything about loudly discussing their "love life" conquests and plans for after work. Doubt I'll be going back again anytime soon. read more
