We were itching all day and I had bites in a bunch on my face hands and different areas. I never experienced bed bug bites before til my drs confirmed. I called them and talked to a lady and she couldnt believe it. So I dont know if i was taken serious but both beds in room 110 have bed bugs. Totally disgusted and painful. No apology no refund no nothing. I now have a different review for this motel.

We LOVED the food served for dinner and breakfast, and the pool was WONDERFUL, as was the hot tub. Tricia is just an amazing and wonderful woman and was so happy to help us in every way, in fact, everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. When they hand you your keys, they say "Welcome Home", and they mean it! Very kind and open-minded people and I would highly recommend this bed & breakfast for anyone staying in Northeast Kansas! Oh and if you stay there, be sure to get the one-hour long massage for only $45 - their massage therapist is the BEST I've been to - in my life. Can't recommend highly enough! The only downside is that there are only privacy locks on the inside of the doors - at the time of this posting there was no way to lock the door from the outside leaving me a bit anxious about leaving my belongings in my room. My Grandfather was the Richardson County Sheriff back in the 1920's and the desk clerk I met in 1984 remembered him from when he was a kid. Will always remember that. The room was immaculate and the staff were very helpful. Falls City is a Great town- small town USA in the very best sense. Can't wait to go back!
