Parking space available and close to the entrance, they ask me in the front desk what floor I preferred and that was cool, usually almost every front desk put you wherever they want. Housekeeping very nice and attentive and they have some vending machines to buy soda and snacks. We try the restaurant just in front to the hotel and was ok so is too many options for breakfast lunch or dinner around that is perfect too. Good and cheap good combination

Instead, I received conflicting information from both the hotel and Choice Hotels customer service. I was first told 3-5 days, then 5-7 days, and later told it could take 15-21 days. I was also told the owner would contact me, but that never happened. What makes this even more disappointing is that I ultimately had to contact my bank to find out what was actually going on. After days of conflicting information and no clear answers, my bank was able to confirm that I had not been charged. I should not have had to make multiple phone calls and contact my bank just to get information that the hotel or Choice Hotels should have been able to provide from the start. The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability. When I explained that I was considering reporting the charge because no one could give me a consistent answer, the hotel showed little concern, while Choice Hotels simply directed me back to the hotel. I felt like I was being passed back and forth without anyone taking ownership of the issue. As a Titanium-level Choice Privileges member, I expected much better communication and customer service. The hotel itself may be nice, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would think twice before staying here again.
