DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Reason #1: Upon arrival their "tap to pay" card reader did not work twice for incidentals. Instead of calling me (like they stated they would) when resolved I was forced to come to the front desk being locked out of my room 3 times. The third time my card was on hold (from California,) and I had to call to get it resolved. While on the phone outside resolving the male Manager started screaming at me for it taking longer than "5 minutes," and announcing to the parking lot that my card was "declined." It was resolved 2 mins later, and zero apologies were given. Reason #2: Their room door key reader is broken, and/or extremely temperamental. I've had to get a new key now 8 times, and when I walk my dogs I leave my door cracked and risk the safety of my belongings to avoid constantly getting let into my room. The male manager eventually told me to leave it away from my phone or a credit card... I did, still needed let in. Reason #3: I went to a local store to get some necessities only to return to a voicemail by the female owner (see attached) telling me that my dogs are no longer ESA animals, and started to harass me the moment I entered the hotel. The Manager fails to realize that ESA animals are determined by a Mental Health Professional, and not whether or not they're left in a hotel room. Them barking is rare, and if so, is solely separation anxiety following my recent divorce. Reason #4: The Owners live in the hotel, and they watch your every move, and they make you sign and initial an agreement that they do not give you a copy of to have. I have had my window looked in while the grass was being mowed by the male owner, yelled at in the parking lot while the male owner played catch with his daughter, a voicemail from the female owner medically informing me I know longer have ESA animals, and I continuously hear them talking in another language outside my window and room door. Reason #5: See the photos attached. This place is not worth your money. Their card reader and room door entries don't work, the family that lives there will watch and harass you, the breakfast is half cooked "biscuits," and watery gravy, damages all over the rooms not shown in the photos, they'll make you sign and initial an agreement they do not give you a copy of, and if you reserve in person like they'll insist they will take your money. read more

I won't spend a lot of time on this because it's a budget hotel, and it's honestly difficult to find things to highlight. The room is pretty spartan with a queen bed, small desk, tv, microwave, and mini-fridge. It was a bit stuffy when I got to my room on the second floor (no elevator), so I turned on the AC. It was a bit louder than expected, but not bad. The bed was clean when I pulled back the blankets to inspect it, but the frame on which the mattress sat was square tube steel with springs supporting the mattress. VERY SQUEAKY when I sat on it! I could hear the bed in the adjoining room squeak a bit when they crawled in bed later that night. The walls are kind of thin too. No bed bugs though! I didn't trust the mini-fridge. It was turned off, and had a broken foot so it rocked from side to side. I didn't turn it on. The owners were nice the one time I saw them upon check-in. read more

the room I was placed NEVER should have been available to the public. The room was absolutely nothing like the pictures that Super 8 post on their website. I have several pictures that I can show like. 1- towel rack falling off wall 2 - water flowing no only through faucet in bathroom, but also the handle onto the floor 3- Stained sheet 4- Several holes on lampshade between beds 5- Stains on window curtains 6- Window curtains would not close completely to give privact 7- AC/Heater unit would not cool down to a comfortable temperature 8- I did make a mistake in booking a smoking room, I never knew a smoking room would smell so bad. like I said that was my fault. 9- look at the pictures at the light above the mirror in the bathroom read more

they didn't have enough pillows on our bed and refused to give us even 1 extra. the bed was so squeaky it woke me up every time I turned over. there was an outlet behind the bed that the night stand light was plugged into and every time the bed moved the tiniest bit, the plug would try to fall out of the wall and light would flicker on and off like crazy. we eventually had to just unplug the light all together. other then check in we didn't physically see a single person that worked there. when I went to ask for a pillow there was no one at the front desk, we had to use a phone that was set up to call the desk person who was just sitting in the break room. if I could give a 0 I would! this place is absolutely awful and disgusting read more

Room was clean and had no odor. Beds were clean and comfortable but there were a couple cigarette burns on the blankets. The tub has little bumps on the bottom which is great to keep you from slipping in the shower. But not so great when giving a little one a bath. Makes it rough on their bottom. Breakfast was good, had more choices than I expected. Staff was amazing! Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. Nicest staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. Descent hotel. Typical Super 8. My complaint: people don't understand customer service!!!! I got back to the hotel in time to have breakfast before the 9am cut-off. My waffle was still on the iron at 9, they turned the lights out on me in the breakfast area!!! Then the guy stood there staring at me until I walked out at 9:01. At 9:02, a family of 3 walked in & he rudely told them they were too late to have breakfast, but could have coffee. Really?!?! 2 minutes past & you refuse to let them eat. That kind of stuff irritates me. Yes, 9am is the dead line, but that's ridiculous. Also, a man came around 9:05 for some coffee (which is free & on ALL DAY), & informed the front desk the coffee was empty, to which he was very rudely replied "well, breakfast is over at 9!" The other people were allowed to drink coffee but this guy isn't? A little customer courtesy goes a long ways. read more

It is your basic Super 8. TV hardly works. Bed squeaks terribly. The floor didn't look like it had a vacuum on it in some time. The complimentary toiletries were garbage. There was a micro fridge and microwave in my room. The air conditioner worked great in my room as well. Breakfast is about typical with Super 8's. The towels and floor rug looks like it should have been replaced a lot time ago. read more

This is a very nice hotel, clean, good beds, good, breakfast. They had waffles you make yourself, juices, yogurt, fruit cups, bagels, breads, pastries, cereals, cream cheese, jams, skim and whole milk, coffees and teas. The only problem was no proteins at breakfast but not everyone wants or needs that. It was a very good price with AARP card. We got in late and the manager was really polite and helpful. I spent two nights here while doing some sightseeing in the area. The room was clean, staff was friendly. There was a mini-fridge in the room but no microwave. The breakfast was a bit better than most Super 8's. For the money I would definitely stay here again. read more

An employee was booked to stay in this hotel for work. During their overnight stay, they contracted scabies. When they woke up the next morning, they were covered from head to toe in a red, itchy and extremely painful rash. They went to the doctor immediately and were diagnosed with scabies and given a doctor's note and ointment. When we contact the hotel to warn them about what had happened, they were very rude and acted like our employee was lying. Do not stay here, ever. We will never go back. I would give this facility negative stars if that was a possibility We arrived at 1:30 am with 3 small children (6,5, 2). We requested a non smoking room. The entire facility smelled of cigarette smoke. My 2 yo has terrible allergies. He proceeded to cough all night, making it impossible for anyone to get any sleep. The shower was stained, there were drip stains on the wall paper, the towels were stained. The place was dirty. The front desk man was feeding and petting a feral cat outside during the same time he was serving breakfast. TERRIBLE. I would have rather slept in my car. I called the manager and owner to explain and because I did not say something at 1:30 in the morning, he refuses to make it right or reimburse any of my money. KEEP DRIVING! read more
