Closed again today. I reviewed this store on 9/29. It hasn't even been a month and they have done it again. I believe it's time for the citizens of Frankfort and Franklin county to boycott this establishment. Why? I have complained to their corporate headquarters consistently for months and apparently nothing has been done. We have plenty of other gas stations in town. This one would not be missed. If their corporate headquarters doesn't care about the lost profits from this store and its employees actions obviously the loss of this station won't hurt their bottom line. The people who live here won't miss the aggravation of driving to this location only to find it closed yet again. I don't have an ounce of sympathy for their employees. If you don't want to do your job then you can live without it.

This conduct constitutes theft, deception, and a serious breach of professional and ethical standards. Such behavior demonstrates complete disregard for customer safety, trust, and fundamental integrity. Behavior of this nature warrants consequences, as actions like this severely jeopardize the establishment's credibility and its contractual relationship with Uber. Please consider rolling your camera back to collect footage regarding the Zaxby's order.

Ever since Speedway was purchased by 711 no cleaning or renovations have been done at this venue. They pulled a bunch of 711 stuff out of storage and put it on the shelves. With dust and all, nothing was cleaned before being shelved. They are still selling candy from Halloween. The employees at the register don't even try to go look for the product when they are out. I understand different vendors stock the shelves but the dirty stuff was just put out by employees. There's no saving this station until 711 does a remodel.

The people here are so kind, the food options are abundant, and everything is fresh and in front of your face so you can customize your order. They acted like I was a weirdo simply for wanting a receipt with my purchase. They said nobody wants a receipt anymore, so they couldn't understand why I was asking for them. Not wanting to give receipts with a purchase sounds really, really shady. When I wanted some breakfast, they had a number of employees hanging around but nobody could (or would) stop what they were doing to help for some time, and even after I made my order they acted like asking for a biscuit, some gravy, one sausage patty, and a hash brown was some weird order that they felt the need to comment on it being strange or unusual because I just asked for one biscuit instead of two. It's overall a curious gas station. It's got the usual gas station & convenience store stuff. . .and it's got a huge display of air freshener spray cans with Arabic writing on them, an entire wing of the place devoted to vape stuff, and a curious amount of Pokemon merchandise. It's a curious choice for a convenience store in Frankfort, KY that mostly serves civil servants and folks who are passing through on their way to Bourbon distillery tours, but that's what the place is.
