Called at 3 went to voice mail. Went to the shop...just drying it ay 330. No vaccum, no inside detail no wax. No tire shine and rims still dirty. From Houston and I had to be somewhere so I paid for the wash...39.00 dollars. My car and a truck in the parking lot. No orher vehicles. Poor customer service.

My husband was in your Ruston location Monday. The attendant told him to take his hands off the…read morewheel and vehicle in neutral as he entered the carwash. He complied and placed his feet on the floorboard and hands across his chest and proceeded through the carwash. While going through, his Tahoe was knocked off the track, and the car behind him hit him FOUR times. At that point, he threw his vehicle in drive and pulled out. My son had to run and tell the employees to STOP the track. He found them sitting around on their phones, oblivious to what was going on. The lady behind him wasn't sure what had happened. She just felt the impact. Ruston PD came out. My son watched the the video footage along with your employees were reviewing it while the police office spoke to the manager. My son said it was clear that daytime running lights were on and not the brake (as your manager suggested on the police report). My son also mentioned that there was a bottle of KRATOM on the counter where the employees were. Police were told they'd have a copy of the video footage Wednesday. And my husband was told that the manager or owner would contact him. It's Friday, and NO ONE has contacted us. I tried to call the manager myself, and he had conveniently just left for the day. I left a message for him to call me back. He never did. After the incident, I started looking at customer reviews, and it seems just 3 weeks ago, a lady was stuck in your carwash because the track malfunctioned, and she even had a picture of the employee fixing it. It also seems you're notorious for gaslighting your customers and never taking responsibility for the damage your machine causes. All my husband wanted to do was wash his truck before he headed out of town. AND on top of everything, he spent nearly $20 and still left with a dirty vehicle. The negligence in this whole situation is appalling. Your staff was texting rather than doing their jobs. Now I have to deal with the possibility of the lady behind me trying to file a claim on MY insurance. When the fact is .... my husband did NOT hit the brake. Your manager lied and made assumptions to the police. They weren't even watching or aware of what was happening until my son ran to tell them. No one has contacted us about the incident. Most definitely will not ever be back and I will take the opportunity to tell EVERYONE I know about our experience.

A serious issue with how they do business. I was under the impression that if I paid for their…read moremonthly service that I am paying for 30 days of service. Not the case. I paid them on 1 Jul. Went to get my car washed on 11Jul and they said I had to pay again the monthly payment. They stated that because I was previously paying on the 11th day that is when my payment resets. So because I missed paying on 11 Jun I still have to pay for that time period even though I didn't use their service. The problem with that lie is before all of this I once stopped using their services for 60 days. When I went back to using them I didn't pay for the 60 days that I didn't use them. I just renewed my membership and kept going. I paid them for a month of service and got ten days of service.
