Poor turn around time. Dropped off at 9am. No cars in parking lot. Made the appt the day before for a detail with the owner. 3 hrs she said. At 12 was told it would be done shortly. Called at 3 went to voice mail. Went to the shop...just drying it ay 330. No vaccum, no inside detail no wax. No tire shine and rims still dirty. From Houston and I had to be somewhere so I paid for the wash...39.00 dollars. My car and a truck in the parking lot. No orher vehicles. Poor customer service. read more
