So, so bad. I've been twice now. The first time I went was about 2 weeks after they opened. I…read morespent 20 minutes in the drive thru, with 3 people in front of me. The only reason I stayed in the line was because I prepaid for my items with the app. I ordered a hot coffee and a wake-up wrap. I got a cold coffee and a cold wrap. The girl at the drive through had no idea what I ordered and I could see through the window to the counter inside. It looked like there were about 15 bags on the counter and 10 coffees all sitting there. None of the employees knew whose order was whose. It was ridiculous. I decided to give them another chance about 2 weeks after that. I went in the afternoon so it wasn't during the morning rush. Waited 13 minutes this time for a hot coffee, and got a cold one. I won't go back. I'll just buy the bags at the grocery store and make it myself at home.
