Every time she has called to check the owner has said that it's not ready yet. Our mom went to pick up her shirt a few days ago and they gave her the wrong shirt so my sister had to drop in today. So apparently they have lost her blouse. How on earth do you lose a shirt?!? The owner will not pay for the shirt but will only give her $40 since they'll only pay 10 times the fee you paid to get it dry cleaned. My sister was beyond furious and told the customer who was about to drop off clothes that they'll not get their stuff back. This caused the owner to get mad...but whose fault is it? The owner's of course! Beware of this place and any other cheap places! Spend a little more on better services and a place where you know you'll get your clothes back. Their prices are reasonable, and the clothes always come back smelling clean and fresh and looking great. They used to offer a small discount if you paid upon drop off but not anymore for some reason. Regardless, their service is great! They do send their clothes out to be cleaned so be aware of that when dropping off. When they say come back after 4 on x day, it's because the clothes need to be returned. That's the only real downside.

The clothing that we get altered are always done in a timely fashion. They are located in a convenient mall where parking is free and their store is very accessible. Operating hours are also great as they're open until 7pm on weekdays. The lady who works at the front has a very friendly demeanour. Pleasant and helpful. The owners can sometimes seem a little brash but I feel it could be because they're always busy and perhaps don't have time to chit chat with their customers. They do run a good operation getting clothes, carpets, weddings gowns all cleaned and organized. I have on occasion forgotten my bill but yet they had a very good system that found my clothing items easily. We will keep taking our clothes here for cleaning and alteration.
