Just don't go there....took my car there for tires....I guess I look like I just fell off the turnip truck because they tried to sell me front end components that were replaced at the dealer six months ago.....I then took the car elsewhere to make sure the dealer didn't screw me six months ago...wasted more of my time. Took my jeep liberty for SI and they tried to tell me it needed lower ball joints. I argued the point stating that the factory spec is 1.5mm/.060" of play but they refused to listen. I've had my SI license for 35yrs(no longer in the field). The only communication was between the counterperson, who continuously rolled her eyes and spoke very little ENGLISH. Not to mention they didn't open on time, 20 min late. And they still charged for $30 for SI and left without a sticker. I"m not sure I would even take my car there for a simple tire replacement. It was late on a Friday afternoon when our van died and they were the only place that would take us in from the tow truck. I've been going to SG for about 3 years now and our relationship ended today. I have a new company vehicle that I brought in for state inspection and they stated that my insurance card was incomplete and needed to be updated. Our vehicles are own by Fleet management and the insurance cards are generic as we rent, own, and lease vehicles. After making me wait for 30 minutes, she stated she can't inspect the vehicle since the insurance is generic; you can't get a card registered without insurance. She really had now explanation and I mentioned I've been here before with my other vehicles with the same insurance card which they inspected. She basically said sorry we can't inspect it here and gave me a look like I was trying to "skim" them. So as of today, I will take my 5 vehicles and have them service somewhere else. O, I'll make sure my family vehicles go somewhere else too. Good job on keeping your loyal customer satisfy. See ya!! read more

The one in Leighton pa... terrible customer service. Was looking for new tires...showed a picture of what I was looking for,was shown something different...I asked if they had anything more aggressive but I think the if I wasn't buying that tire he wasn't interested in my business...I asked for a tire repair and was told it was unfixable..ok..then I proceeded to ask for a used tire that could be installed...not even 10 seconds I was told we have nothing..ok .I went non my way...the young lady at the front desk....was more interested in her very loud and personal phone conversation....not a very good experience..the mechanic or person who was not help at all was ceaser...I'll let people know. read more

On way to vacation destination and hit a nasty pothole that ended up flattening my tire. Had to tow car to Super Gomas because they were only ones around that had my tire size in new and used condition. Found out the pothole cracked my rim too. Bought new tire but they didn't sell rims. Guy tried his best to repair it by welding even though they were getting ready to close. Literally thought we were going to be stuck. Got little stressful. Got it fixed good enough to drive with a very small leak. Bought a pump at Walmart and just got to keep an eye on it til we get back home. Since it still had a leak they charged me half of stated price that it was going to cost to fix. I feel they went above and beyond and were very nice. My kids and I would have been stuck with them!! read more

Called to see if they could install rear brake pads on my truck since I didn't have the time to do it myself. Was told by an extremely condescending guy that they will only replace all four sets of pads not just the rear. I explained to him that I knew what was wrong and I knew that it was only the rear pads and he responded with "Well then do it yourself or take it somewhere else!" I will NEVER, NEVER go to this place again. The 1st time I was there I had 2 rear tires installed and got a flat on the way home. Mind you its only 5 miles to my house. Yesterday I was there to have a tire repaired. The tech told me it was fixed and they patched it. Lo and Behold, I come out to go to work today and what is the problem, well my tire is still leaking after they charged me to fix it. So I drive over there and imagine to my surprise, They are CLOSED!! with a sign stating they are open until 5:30. So off I go to work with a bad tire and predicting a snow storm.
