The tire was indeed repaired (professionally looked like it had a nail in it and that was fixed). It is not a big deal because a professional repair is pretty much as good as new. But to pay about 40% off the cost of the tire and get it shipped to my house free the next day was very nice. Turned a $200 pothole to much cheaper. You get what you pay for so don't expect a nearly new tire flawless tire for a fraction of the cost of a new one. For me this was a good way to get an uncommon tire that is out of stock everywhere and saved money to boot.
