They had a huge selection which we loved however the staff were rude and ill-informed about the products they were selling. When we arrived one of the sales person was moping it was approximately two hours after opening. Which is fine however she rudely told us to use the far lane of the store only as she didn't want us to dirty up the floors. I had compassion she wanted to clean up the store however she was rude and also limited us on what we could see so we left and decided to come back so we could actually look at everything as the store was pretty huge. When we returned we confirmed the price of the item in question however when that same staff member kept insisting the item included only a jacket and not pants. My mom kept insisting for her to look more closely at the pants inside the package but continued to deny their were pants to the outfit stating this outfit didn't come with any pants until my mom physically removed the pants from the package. The outfit was a perfect fit and style so we bought it anyway despite how we were treated and was never offered an apology or even accountability that that staff was wrong. If you do shop here just be ready to match energy with that staff because they shouldn't be treating people that way. I read some of the reviews and it looks like it's a common theme and others have had the same experience.
