I reserved a bouncy house for my son's party and the manager/owner called the morning of the party to cancel for bad weather. I've rented a bouncy house in Seattle for 9 years in a row, at the same time of year, and this is the only cancellation I've ever had. My area had light rain, which cleared up a couple hours before the party. My son cried when I told him about the cancelation. I ordered a covered bouncy house in case of rain. I called Super Jump on the number they list in their website as the number on yelp is no longer in service. I had called at least four other places who were not able to help me as it was a last moment sort of a situation. I am so glad that I called them. Eric answered the call and I must say that it was an extreme pleasure dealing with him. He was very accommodating despite the fact that it was less than 20 hours of notice. He was thorough and patient with explaining all the options they had and offered sincere advice. The setup individual (I forgot his name, very pleasant person) was equally as accommodating and super patient while we had them move the two bounce houses a few times before we decided they were perfectly placed. A couple hours through the party we had an issue with the bigger bounce house partially collapsing and I called Eric who was quick to arrive on scene and took his time to properly address this issue. Kids had a blast and we were happy to see them having fun. All in all in my opinion this company and especially Eric and the install/teardown team seem to love what they do and stand behind their product and services. I had terrible experience. We had a birthday party last weekend and rented a big shoe slide from this company. The big shoe had 3 leaking areas, but we taped them. After awhile 4 kiddos went up for the slide and the shoe slide had collapsed because it was not set up properly. There was Only one side tide around the tree and on the back stake where the rope was tied to the ground. Fortunately, the kids didn't have major problems just bumped on their head, but it was very scary and concerning to all parents at the party. I called the owner and told him in person at pick up time. He was not apologetic and just said "what can I do?" He was not responding to my email when I asked for refund. read more

** Update on 7/31 ** I just received a check for a complete refund from Eduardo. I am changing the review to 3 stars as this makes me feel that the company and its owners believe in doing the right thing and that this was hopefully an aberration. If you do decide to rent an inflatable from this or any other company, I would recommend having an adult right next to the inflatable at all times. ** Update on 7/16 ** I had also sent an email to Eduardo S and heard back today. He apologized profusely for this and has promised a full refund. I am hopeful and will be sure to update the review if that happens. *** 7/15 ** I had rented a Spongebob bounce house from this company for my 3 year old son's birthday. The bounce house collapsed just when the kids started using it. Thankfully, I was there with another parent and we got the kids out just in time before the inflatable collapsed on them. I have attached an image for those who want to see what the collapsed bounce house looked like. I do not want to imagine what could have happened to the kids had we not been there and got them out in time. I called them multiple times on the owner's cell phone but there was no response. They had already taken the check after installation so i had to ask for a refund. When I asked for a refund, the owner said he would refund $48 (of the total $148) immediately and would refund an additional 25 if he found something faulty with the inflatable bounce house. He said that my call went in only at around 4:30 which was about half way into the rental time so he could not refund more. As a side note, I had them set it up at 1 pm (a good 3 hours before the party started) just so i had one less thing to worry about last minute which is what most of us would probably do i guess when organizing a party at home. I asked him to think about refunding in full just because of the safety hazard it caused to the kids and while he sounded understanding, he did nothing. The party was on 6/29, the check i gave them was promptly deposited on 7/1. I still have no refund from them. I expected better. read more

I'm sorry to hear the bad experiences, but ours couldn't be further from it. I reserved a bouncey castle with a slide and pool and told all our guests to bring their bathing suits for my son's fifth birthday. I was a little nervous planning to have a bouncey castle because there are so many unknowns, but I was reassured that I only had to deposit $20 for a $200 castle and not pay in full until after they had delivered the castle. The day before the party I received a text letting me know they were very sorry to not have the castle available in blue but in pink instead. My son and I love pink so I was like NO PROBLEM and thanked them for letting us know. The next day they showed up early, called me when they arrived at my house, and set up the castle where I specified over the phone while I drove back to meet them. The man who set up the castle was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after 5+ boys jumped and slid all over the castle they managed to unhook the air pump and the castle deflated. The man who set it up had given me his card and told me to call them if anything happened so that's what I did. I was worried the castle would be deflated when our guests arrived but within a half hour they had come to our house and fixed it! It was inflated again in minutes and the kids and parents were super relieved. They let us keep the house until late that night, so it was more than the 8 hours I paid for, which was nice. The same man came to pick it up that had set it up and we chatted and he finished up without any help. It was as smooth as can be. The operator called me on Monday (our party was on a Saturday) to collect payment and I told him how thankful we were that it had all gone so smoothly. We appreciate the prompt fix and solution when the boys had jumped onto the pump and told him we wanted to write them an awesome review. I was surprised to see so much negativity on this page, as we had a truly positive all around experience. It feels like, if the company is aware of past issues, they are truly making efforts to resolve them and improve their business & customer support. Let's give credit where it's due, these guys are awesome. Will totally book them again! read more

Terrible experience !! 1.The bouncing house didn't set up properly. It fell down while 5 children were inside. UNSAFE!!! luckily , no major injury. 2. Dirty. 3. My bf and the owner had been on the phone shouting in frustration at one another for a half hour. This has been by far the most unprofessional and worst experience in all aspects! After trying to get the owner to understand that this is a children's party, we've been playing phone tag since delivery, most of our valuable time was consumed because of your poorly defective equipment, the owner showed absolutely no remorse. "What do you want me to do?!" "I already sent my driver out as soon as you called me, what more do you want from me?!" "I don't know what's wrong with YOU PEOPLE!" "I already gave you guys a DISCOUNT!" "Do you expect to get it for FREE?" (Ha ha) "I don't think so buddy!" Yes, he did chuckle at us. These are just some of the phrases that was yelled to my bf over the phone from the Owner of Super Jump Seattle. I wish I had gotten his name, but he did say so himself, "I've been doing this for over 25 years, go read my reviews!" Soon after, His driver arrived early to pick up the bounce house like we insisted. The owner called my bf and said, "I just got off the phone with my driver and he said the kids are in there right now and are having a great time." Of course they are having a great time. Given they are children at a birthday party having fun jumping in a bounce house we provided, they also cannot comprehend what is going on within their surroundings which is understandable. I am appalled a business Owner of 25 years would speak in such manner to his customers- patronizing, belittling, rude, sarcastic and verbally abusive. He had not given us an apology nor showed any sympathy during this chaos. We did not ask for a refund because the owner already stated he'd given us a $40 discount which was the best he could do for us after everything we experienced. To this day, I feel hopeless. There was nothing more that I could've done besides give him a piece of my mind and to never rent from them again for future reference. Super Jump Seattle forever imprinted an unforgettable experience that I have to carry with me in memory of my son's 4th birthday party. I'm not sorry for sharing my story and exploiting the truth behind this so called business of 25 years. It only took one phone call and the owner was so kind and he refused to let us pay for it. I called everyone listed in the phone book for a bounce house and no one would even take anything off. Bounce house was delivered over an hour late, and picked up late as well. When you have a 4 hour party that hour is a quarter of the party. Even when we called to ask when they would arrive to drop off or pick up they told me 10 minutes, then after the ten minutes I'll call again... 5 minutes! No honesty or accountability at all. So I ordered a Spider-Man bouncy house for my sons 4th birthday, it wasn't too expensive and I was super excited to see my sons face when he saw it. Well I ran out on Saturday morning to get some party favors and my mom calls and says the bouncy house is being dropped off, 3 hours early. I was supposed to have it from 12-4 and they dropped it off at 9.. My son got to jump in it for maybe 20 minutes and then we came inside for some pizza and we looked outside and the bouncy house is flying away. The guy who set it up had only streaked it down with one steak and so the wind just took it away. Not only did my son see his new favorite thing fly away(my party guests had to go run after it) it also dated 3 different peoples cars. The blower the pumps air into the bouncy house went flying with it and hit 3 cars and tore down a power line. I recommend if you're going to go through these guys.. Watch them set it up. Pure laziness could have cost me my sons life. read more
