That was it, I needed professional help! From the second the woman picked up, I felt more at ease. The woman who answered the phone was able to find a location and book an appointment, not only on the same day, but on a Sunday. I first called at 11am Sunday morning and by 5pm, we were back home and my daughter was lice/nit free. The location in (Hamilton, NJ) was so clean and surprisingly relaxing. We were the only family so it was very private and discreet feeling. They also had iPads for the kids to play on, and not just my daughter but my other children too. Becky, the technician who treated my daughter has the patience of a saint! I couldn't say enough good things about her. If I'm completely honest, no exaggerating, my daughter is one of the worst kids to deal with regarding anything she doesn't want to do or is scared of doing(which adds up to a lot of things). I was told that they're in network with my insurance and they told me to come for two different visits to make sure my insurance covers the procedures they did. There was no need for any advanced procedures as I went for a regular visit. Before every procedure I confirmed with them if my insurance will cover it and they said yes but after 6 months I started getting bills for hundreds of dollars and now they are threatening me with debt collection calls. Disgusting and shameful.
