When I called to understand what happened, I was given inconsistent and unconvincing explanations. First, I was told the system flagged me as a bot, which does not align with how the appointment was booked. Then I was told I may not have confirmed the appointment--also incorrect. The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience. Reliability and basic communication should not be this difficult.

She's joined Center City Pediatrics, opening a new office in Bala! Yay! We immediately make an appointment for the Young 'Un's annual exam. The visit was great. The Young 'Un, aka the NMT (Newly Minted Teenager) was quite comfortable discussing his health with Doctor Liz, even that awkward puberty stuff he normally despises discussing with anyone, exam was given, all is well. Doctor Liz is approachable, smart, thorough and easygoing. So very excited she's back in practice. Highly recommend!

She never once asked me any questions. Never asked me what I already tried. Quick to offer me topical antibiotics for a rash that wasn't even flaring at the time of the appt. I asked her to check some new spots I had gotten on my face and she looked at them for LITERALLY 1 second and said "normal." If you have concerns and want someone to take them seriously then this is not the place for you.
