It was not signed for by me and I have proof I was an hour away at that time! I wasted an hour looking through every single package there (with no help from staff), with mine nowhere to be found. The young person working is clueless and said he would check with Mike. I gave it a full day and called back, then the young person said Mike claimed they never received anything for me (even though the tracking clearly shows they did). It has been three more days with no word from them, now they don't even pick up the phone during their business hours. DO NOT HAVE THINGS SHIPPED HERE! If Pratt Liquors cannot be a reliable and helpul access point then they should not be allowed to participate.
