The customer service we received was very confusing and with the outside tent, we really were not sure what all pieces we needed. When they arrived to set everything up early, they forgot a couple pieces and had to drive back to get items which was a multiple hour ordeal. PLUS I had requested tent sides, they didn't bring them, and had to get those as well. A few of the guys who arrived to set everything up were nice, but the main contact on the ground was quite rude and not great to work with. One of the tables had a leg that didn't work so we didn't even use that one. This place has affordable pricing, but not great customer service and not great explanation of everything you will need.

Our rentals included a dozen tables, just shy of 100 chairs, and an inflatable bounce house. From start to finish, this experience was wonderful. Their website was clear and easy to use, communication was excellent, customer service was exceptional, pricing was fair, and follow through from drop off to pick up was off the charts. Carlos was amazing - nicest guy ever to work with and so considerate, professional and supportive. The local website said 500 children and toddlers were there. They were delighted by a huge spray of foam bubbles that enveloped them and half the parking lot. The attendants had a cannon-like device where they could swivel around the foam gun to aim and spray everyone with a layer of thick foam bubbles. A soundtrack of blasting rock music accompanied the foam spray. Thank you Bounce About, our grandkids had a blast!!

It was so easy to plan all the different music to be played during the ceremony, cocktail hour/dinner, and reception using his portal. On that note, Rocco offers a 'Photo Blitz' option on the portal and it was one of our favorite decisions of the night; we still hear from guests telling us that they had never participated in something like before, but that it was fun and such a great way to get photos with all the tables. I don't want to spoil all the fun so make sure you ask Rocco about it! Come wedding day, Rocco set up his equipment quickly and cleanly, and played all the music we asked for perfectly! He also read the room great, and changed the music genres to suit the people on the dance floor while still staying within out requested music list. Rocco's audio equipment sounded great, and the lighting was just what we were looking for. Cheryl ran the photobooth for the evening, and had a great selection of props for guests to use. Not only do the guests get copies of their photobooth photos, but Cheryl gifted us copies of the photos in a special way that we continue to look through and laugh at the memories from that night!
