Even when he called back into our office, the assistant who took his call (who was also male) said he didn't seem upset. The assistant mistakenly transferred the call to me, but obviously the minute the owner heard a female voice he felt it was okay to just go off on a tirade that HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. I offered to give him the number of someone who could ACTUALLY help him and he hung up on me, satisfied with his verbal abuse.

The individual merchants in the mix do change over time and will improve or not the venue accordingly. The long stairs down discourage some folks from entry. There are others within a few blocks running similar operations.
