I'm new to the area. Received a coupon for a deal to have coat dry cleaned. Took my coat there and they wouldn't honor the coupon stating that's not the type of coat they meant. Then...don't falsely advertise. If they were a good company they would've honored the coupon since they apparently don't know how to properly advertise. I specifically mentioned I want them dry cleaned since they have leather patches, and leather cannot be washed. They were so careless, the leather patches got washed out, hardened, cracked, and shrank, while the fabric got all stained, and bended. We dropped off several suits jackets and shirts on Friday for Saturday pick up. We have used this location once before and their work was excellent. We'll when we went to pick up at 3:30 on Saturday, they had already closed. I was leaving early Sunday morning and they are closed. My wife Michelle called and left a voice mail thinking we were going to be out of luck. However the owner called her back right away and came back down to the store and opened up just for her! I told the woman behind the desk (young blond) how upset I was and she basically told me it was my fault. I go to the Monument location of Super Quality Cleaners. They are very friendly, efficient, professional, and provide great service. I am in at least once a week with dry-cleaning but have also on occasion had seamstress work done on suits/other clothes. They have always done a great job! Poor quality service after using this dry cleaner for over 8 years! I pointed out to the woman on duty that 2 of my jackets had the neck seam behind the neck exposed. I sent them back to be repressed and they were returned in the same condition. I returned a black suit that was covered in white hair and fuzz (not a pet owner) and it was returned in only slightly better condition. Some of my pants have been returned double or triple creased meaning that the pants were not creased over their original single crease. I will no longer use this dry cleaner because they do not give professional results! read more

Went here to bring my winter coats for dry cleaning and the girl up front told me I had to pay up front. Never have we had to pay for a service prior to it being done. (At least in California) but most importantly she was RUDE about it. Definitely will drive a few more miles to get better customer service....not worth it to be treated rudely by the staff. read more

DO NOT USE!!! Took my sons letterman jacket to be cleaned, it was returned with damage to the sleeve. They said they would try and fix it and to send it back, so I did. It was returned a week later with MORE damage. They are refusing to pay the full price to replace the sleeve, I presented them with a quote for the sleeve repair and the original price of the jacket. They say the jacket is still "wearable" but the sleeve looks like it's been melted. read more

Brought some uniforms into super cleaners. Specific instructions where given not to iron the patches on the sleeves of the uniforms. Only from below the patches and down. When I came back to grab the uniforms all the patches had been pressed and ironed. I had asked them to take it back and fix it and to redo it without ironing the patches. My wife went in today to grab my uniforms and they had ironed the patches even more. Disregard to any detail or any direction given I will not go back here and I do not recommend anyone going here. I would not trust this company with anything valuable. The ruined a down coat as well as a set of curtains. When I got the curtains back, they were 7 inches shorter than when I took them in. They laundered the coat and destroyed the down--it smelled like a dead animal when I got it back. Take your money and run. read more

I've used this location on 3 occasions now. Twice for cleaning and once for a zipper repair. I have no complaint about the quality of the cleaning or the repair; quality workmanship. My disappointment is with the employee. Same girl all 3 times, same zero customer service each time. What moved me to write the review was my last visit. I was picking up and there was a customer dropping off a significant job ahead of me. It was literally awkward not to be at least acknowledged in such a small area. It was obvious I was picking up since nothing was in my hand, and you pay in advance, so how hard would it have been to ask the customer that was in front of me if she minded if my order was grabbed? This customer even apologized to me that she had so much. Maybe the employee can't multi task. When it was my turn, there was no, "thank you for your patience" or "thank you for waiting", instead just a simple, "ticket?". That was my last use of this location. read more

The work was average. The "atmosphere" was not. My impression is the same as many others. Walked in, and the same underwhelming customer service. It's almost like she doesn't want you there. They have one in fountain, maybe it's her mom that runs that one and it's terrible too! I thought this one might be different, it was not. Paying up front is new to me too, but I didn't mind that as much as being treated like I was bothering her. So I thought, maybe it would be different when I came to pick it up, NOPE! I didn't have my receipt so I asked if she could reprint me another one. You would think I asked for her first born! She threw her hands up in the air and "no, you should have held onto your copy! " WOW! I can't be the first person to ask for a copy that has lost one. But maybe that's why she was flipping out. Here is an idea: why don't you fix the problem instead of getting pissy with your PAYING CUSTOMERS. I have no idea how she can still be in business.
