Very Disappointed. Again…read more We've not had very pleasant experiences in the past with Greenwood Flower & Gift Shop. However, since we are limited in our options, we decided to use them for our daughters prom flowers. We ordered the corsage and boutonniere a few weeks ahead of prom and then my daughter decided to change the color of ribbon a few days out. When we went in to make the changes, we were met with rudeness and treated as if we were inconveniencing them. When we went to pick the order up, we were disappointed by the small size of the corsage and to make things worse, the ribbon color had not been changed. Here's my issue. We spent over $50 dollars for two undersized arrangements. The changes that we requested were not accomodated. We were made to feel like our business was not important. AND to top it all off.......the boutonniere came with no straight pin. Are you kidding? We are ready to pin the boutonniere on my daughters date and we are scrambling around the house to find a straight pin! Ridiculous! This is the last straw with this place! The owner has been rude on multiple occasions, and we tried to overlook it. And we are always made to feel like we are lucky to have the Shop in town. No more!

We walked into the store and immediately felt that we were old friends with the owner and her crew. Jami is so friendly, and is so excited about her store and all of it's goodies. Along with Kitchen/Cooking items, there's a bakery, a gourmet foods area, a refrigerator/freezer with take and bake foods, and home décor. We are not from Ft. Smith, so we took a card and plan to shop online for gifts when we need them.
