After several conversations with Park Brothers they did not accept any responsibility for an inferior product, instead blamed the high school student for not delivering on Friday instead of Saturday. I'm certain that it would not have made any difference. I would never purchase anything from them again and if you are an organization looking for a company to partner with - I would not recommend this particular company. Buyers and fundraisers beware!

Her kitchen table and chairs were custom made and so she was able to pick everything - the color, finish, base, the style - and was able to mix and match to get the style of chairs she wanted. She opted for 4 chairs the same and two of another style. She said that she was able to happily browse her options both online and then in person too. She picked the sofa table from what was on the floor already. It is just as lovely as the kitchen table and very sturdy. My mother is a very discerning customer and has been extremely pleased with her purchases. The owner was taking in items while we were there from a buyer. The buyers buy direct in Mexico and bring it to the states. They were even handmaking some of the items while we were there.
