I took two pairs of pants to be cleaned and when I picked them up - two days later because the only thing the clerk did say to me was "you're not getting them in one hour" - one pair of pants looked like it had been stained all along the waistband. I took them back and got the same, grumpy clerk who told me she would have to talk to the cleaner and she's not in for two days. No apology, in fact she looked at me like "what's wrong". I (once again) had to ask if she wanted my name or number and she begrudgingly wrote it down. I came back two days later and got a very cheerful clerk who got the pants for me.
