During the first visit, I paid for a deep cleaning as well as an additional fee for exterior window cleaning. Unfortunately, the results were very poor, leaving me with noticeable streaky windows. Regarding the second visit (general housecleaning), owner Autumn and one other person cleaned for only 1 hour and 15 minutes. I overheard that the jobs finished over an hour early, yet I was still charged the full price. Most recently, for the third (general housecleaning) visit, Sasha was sent alone and stayed for only 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I was again charged full price of $170. I have attempted to call on several occasions to discuss these concerns regarding the pricing and quality of work, but my calls have not been returned. At this point, I find the quality of cleaning to be poor, service to be over priced and the lack of communication unprofessional.

They are far above the bar. They came and spent three hours cleaning my house...and it was clean before they came. They deep cleaned and here is the remarkable part...my wife was very impressed. As an RN she has standards that are high and hard....very hard to meet. They are non-smokers so there is no stank of cigarettes about them, a plus in my book If you want a reliable and thorough home cleaning service give them a call. 561 598 3440.
