I bought this deal on Groupon. Just noticed they say they accept credit cards but they don't. They were just at my house and said "cash only" Be prepared to be upcharged and mislead by there own advertisements. Called them when I got home to complain and was insulted and yelled at. He offered to come back, but I do not want a man that rude, yelling and insulting back to my home to finish the job. They say they wipe down sills. and frames. This was NEVER done. Also says they clean other mirrors or glasses free of charge This was not done. They say on their FAQ that a pane of glass is .25 cents each. They don't tell you that is PER SIDE.! I knew they would charge .50 cents per window to remove and put back screen which (they forgot 2) and they misrepresent themselves and what they do. I ended up paying $40 above and beyond my groupon price for 10 ground floor windows. It just never added up. I wish I would have been home from the beginning. My husband was here and sick and not paying attention. My home is very clean, and I have cats (which he does too) and they are well cleaned up after. When I mentioned the horrible smell of their rags, he said, "well you have cats" he also claimed my windows had not been done in years. I just moved in 6 months ago and did them all them. That was a complete and utter LIE and insult. We knew there was some calcium deposits on our windows that we tried everything to get off when we moved here. Of course, they didn't try to remove it either. And they are the "glass experts" ? I don't think so. I even offered Groupon to come to my clean home or to take pictures as what he said is not true. Please don't waste your time and money on this. I think I am more bothered by the way he spoke to me, as to the job that was incomplete. read more
