Dennis was able to give me a quote by submitting pictures. I called everyone in town and send pics and most companies wanted to come and paint the tile and grout. Dennis explained that they do paint tile be wouldn't paint my tile and grout because it would look poor quality and I would not like it. He is explained his process of using the flecked ceramic coating. He sent me colors to choose from and I chose a very modern bright white with light gray flecks. Justin came out at my scheduled appointment. Justin was very professional and kind. Justin protected my furniture and floors and took his time to Ensure all the bathroom fixtures were covered properly. When he finished, he explained how long it would take to fully dry and gave us instructions on how to upkeep (very easy). It looked absolutely beautiful and brand new. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their services. We are going to hire them back next month to do our master bathroom! read more

I hired these guys to resurface the tub in my new, older home I was remodeling and it was a nightmare!! They quoted me inaccurate pricing without even asking the condition of my older tub that the previous owners had resurfaced a long time ago and was in sad shape. So when they arrive the price basically doubled in order "to do it right". Then the next morning the tub was full of bubbled epoxy all over the sides and bottom. It was 2 weeks before they came back to refinish it yet again - this time there were hair marks I noticed immediately and was told they would fade with time. Really?! Like what - 25 years??? Then I also noticed runs in the corners which I photographed and emailed to them. I also told them there was epoxy overspray on my shower tile that I just had installed a mont prior and they assured me they would clean it off. They did not nor did they remove the hair marks. I called immediately afterwards to ask for a manager to come out and see it so we could discuss actions to fix it and was screamed at (verbally assaulted and I am NOT exaggerating ) buy a kid named Justin who answered the phone. He also hung up on me when I insisted over his screaming that nobody else but them did the damage. I filed a complaint with the BBB and their response was nothing but lies and telling me how I should thank them for the mess they made?! Seriously?! These people do NOT know how to treat customers and take NO responsibility for their actions whatsoever!!! Keep your money!!! DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CREEPS!!! They will abuse you too!! They also will NOT honor their faulty work after three lame attempts nor will they repair the damage they did. I am forced to go to court but will prevail when all is said and done. I shouldn't have to go through this hassle though but they do not care!! RUN!!! Get a new tub or a liner but do NOT bother with resurfacing - especially not this group!! read more

We contacted this company to resurface our master bath sinks and bathtubs. Dennis came out and gave us a quote which we accepted. There were a number of delays with our project and so the actual install date was moved on at least two occasions. Because of the delays (no ones fault in particular) I did not remember if we had discussed removal of the faucets and/or who would remove them if necessary. I called the company and talked with Justin who told me they would remove them if there wasn't any problems with the fittings. In fact, he offered to come over and check them out -- which he did. After his on-site personal inspection, he said he would take them out. A week later Justin came to pour the sinks. i showed him where the fill line was to be. He then asked to see the quote and called his father/Dennis, who started yelling about "we aren't plumbers" and that the fill line changed from his original estimate. I asked what the cost would be to fill the extra sink line, but that Justin came out and told us that he would remove the faucets. It was a messy conversation. Three days later Justin texted and called saying he would remove the faucets. I called, talked to Dennis (as did my husband) and we were told to find another supplier. The net result is make sure you get everything in writing from them. I don't think one hand talks to another at this family firm. They may do good work, but we will never know! read more

We live in MA and have a condo in Naples, Florida. I googled bathtub resurfacing and noticed this website. I left a voice mail and immediately received a call back from Dennis. He was friendly and took his time explaining the procedure. He gave me an estimate right over the phone...so reasonable. Justin arrived earlier than expected and such a hard worker. After the job was done, he explained what he did and how to care for the tub. He brought a dustpan/brush and cleaned up after himself....what a wonderful company. Terrible customer service! There's an elderly woman at their office that should not be running an office for a business, she gets so confused! We got rescheduled several times, left messages and never got calls back! We waited hours and no even a phone call from them!! Finally one day they showed up, we were scheduled for the morning but he got their in the afternoon!! Then he charged us a $20 fee for paying with a check instead of credit card, we asked to reconsider and all we got was the most nasty attitude we could have ever received from any business!! WHAT A MISTAKE - We hired this company in Ft. Myers, FL to refinish 2 bathroom vanities. Of course I checked various sites on line, but couldn't find any review, good or bad. The owner, Dennis, came with samples and explained the process. He was very pleasant. We picked a color of dark brown and a week later set a date to do the work. His son Justin arrived a day early to do the job but we didn't have any plans, so let him proceed. After he had been working a while I looked into my bathroom to discover that the color was wrong. I agreed to accept this wrong color which is more tan then brown. He completed and I paid by Visa. The next day I called Perma Ceram to report that the finish was not smooth or applied evenly. Justin came back and buffed the vanity tops. This didn't help at all. I called the office asking for the owner, Dennis, to come and inspect. Justin called me and set an appt. for his father, Dennis, to come inspect on Sat. 12/27 @ 9:30. I had holiday guests but we stayed home and waited. By the afternoon I realized that he wasn't showing up. I called the office and left a message. I never heard from them. As suggested by my Visa bank, I had a general contractor come to inspect and write a report that this job is poor workmanship. The charges are now in dispute. Hopefully, when Perma Ceram receives a debit on their bank acct. for hundreds of dollars, it will get their attention and I will hear from Dennis, the owner. read more
