Steve and his Family at SS's have been cleaning the carpets at multiple rental properties I have and at my own home for 3 years...but this most recent time at my own home, Steve and his Son did SUCH a great job getting out spots from my dog and 2 cats, that I've decided to wait to get new carpeting, it looks THAT good again :-). They were referred to me about 3 years ago and my friends, neighbors and I have been using them that long AND referring them to everyone we know as well. What an amazing old time quality company. For starters my job was about as unappealing as a job can be. My sweet Golden Doddle had wet poopy all over my one and only carpeted room. Super Steamers really live up to their name. The receptionist told me what to do with my end of the. home clean up until they arrived. They arrived that day, within hours and at the time they promised. The technician was clearly skilled, put towels down to protect my hard woods and did an amazing job. Usually, most people do a big annual cleaning of their home in the spring, but we roll the other direction and have been doing it in fall. Having a feline friend, we feel strongly about keeping our carpets clean for obvious reasons, plus allergies as well. We have a steam carpet cleaning machine ourselves, but will start to have it done professionally once or twice a year from here on out. When I called with some questions, the lady answering the phone was very friendly and effective. I had several questions which she skillfully answered, and she provided me with more information about the process to educate me and make me feel more than comfortable overall. An appointment was scheduled for the next day and the whole process was very smooth. Darren, the service 'tech' was on time, friendly and courteous. He was a nice person to talk with and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He explained the process and took great care of our place. Darren did a great job in out home and the carpets generally came out looking almost new. There were a few spots that just wouldn't really come out but I doubt that anyone could have removed those. On time, efficient, and professional. The email communication was generally really responsive and good although we had some brief confusion over some pricing figures that resulted in a 4 rather than 5 star review. I used this company for a carpet cleaning before moving in to our new condo - also had the carpet protection. The woman I talked to on the phone to set up the appointment (the owner?) was super nice and helpful. They did a good job with the cleaning - and we had a stain that came right out a few weeks later, so apparently the carpet protection treatment is worth it. PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! Outstanding company from start to finish; when I called to speak to the company they explained the process and answered all of my questions. Service was prompt and right on time. Extremely friendly and professional he got straight to work, using towels to cover and protect flooring he was not cleaning (hardwoods), was well organized and thoroughly completed the job. Our carpets (which were not in ideal condition!) look brand new and refreshed. I am truly blown away by the results and wish I had done this long ago. As a physician and a mother of one with another one on the way I was very concerned about chemical exposure and safety; although the carpets smell fresh I do not sense any odor, chemical or otherwise. All waste and materials were removed in the truck rather than drained in our home. We are moving and won't be able to enjoy these results long-term but I am going to enthusiastically book this company again this evening to assist with carpeting in our new home.
