This Laundromat has a good amount of machines and dryers. All are in working condition and very clean. They provide drop off services. The largest washer is 50lbs The worker was wiping machines and sweeping floor. There is restroom nice and clean. They also have a section with books you can take and leave. read more

I go Here very frequently and have never once had a problem until march26th when I pulled in and not even before I got a chance to bring all my laundry in the lady that was working at 6pm immediately started saying I can't have my truck running bc the exhaust smell was coming in . Mind you I'm 9 MONTHS PREGNANT. I get all my laundry inside and move the truck and she proceeds to tell me that it's not good to leave my kids in the truck while it's raining btw bc they are inhaling all those fumes ?????? Huh . Then puts her hand in my face and says she's not going to argue with me when I was in no way arguing I was genuinely confused on if she was okay Because I never knew that you inhale the exhaust fumes from inside the car . I didn't leave because it's not the owners fault that they mad a poor de on the person they hired . And then to be hovering over me the whole time . And in the back talking about me because she's in the wrong is so out of pocket . SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED . She can't even hear. ???? She wears hearing aids and still can not hear ....... read more

Was not impressed with Super Suds. Not Clean to me. Laundry soap an clogged washers where Fabric softener an Detergent is to be put in. Also, detergent liquid & powder all on top of washers. No paper towels. Dirty adult pull-up w/ Maxi Pad on floor in front of a washer. Was informed the washers were clogged from the detergent because there had been no Hot Water!!! Again, Not Impressed! Can't take carts out to load or unload your laundry. read more

The vending machines are never filled the a/c is never on during the summer time so it's always hot the workers allow kids to run around the place the owner always empty the machines for the money but can't fill vending machines read more

I started coming to this laundromat a few years ago after my then regular spot required you to register for a free card to access the bathroom, which contained the only sink in the entire facility. I haven't stopped coming to Super Suds since my first visit. There are only two qualms leading to one star being removed: machines are on the expensive side and there's no air conditioning. Honestly, the air conditioning is the biggest reason. However, the perk of free coffee is a nice amenity for customers. The staff here is A+ and the machines work fairly quickly, especially the washers. Dryers can take a little longer than I'd like at times, but that could be user error. read more

I have used the facility many times over the past few years and I have never had an issue. Once the Covid-19 pandemic hit, I stopped using public laundromats such as this and was using friends and families washers/dyers. Today was my first time using Super Suds again since the start of the pandemic and it was a horrible experience. Masks and social distancing are NOT enforced AT ALL. While I was waiting in my car for my clothes to finish washing, three different people entered the building without a mask and another person had a mask on but was not wearing it properly (nose was exposed). Since social distancing is not enforced, people were on top of each other while using the washers and dryers, many without masks on. The attendant in the front saw every person who entered and exited and chose to say nothing to those without a mask. That is incredibly scary and irresponsible. Super Suds may as well take down the 8.5x11 computer paper sign they have posted on the main door saying masks are required for entry. Because clearly they aren't. Any other business establishment I have been to strictly requires masks. So, if you the customer don't want to wear a mask, not practice social distancing and want to expose yourself and others to Covid, this is the place to go! I felt so uncomfortable that as soon as my clothes were done from the washer, I took them out and had to resort to using a family member's dryer. Unless some serious changes are made, I won't be going back here. read more

We were running late today and walked in at 9:00pm. After we arrived, we saw that the last wash is at 8:30, but the girl working was super friendly and just asked us to be out by 10:00. We had a ton of clothes but fit everything in one machine with tons of room to spare. Overall, it took us 40 minutes to wash and dry and only cost $5.50. Friendly, clean atomosphere and staff. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have never used a laundromat before. read more

My mom's nursing home called saying her comforter had been soiled and needed to be cleaned but was too large for the facilities washers. I picked up the comforter and it was in a large black garbage bag and tied closed. I never looked at it. Took it too Super suds and picked it up the next day. Not only was the comforter in the bag but a big down blanket and a decorative pillow. I had no idea it was there but they cleaned all of it beautifully. I love this place so clean and pleasant, I go out of my way to use this place. The Laundromat on upper union street in Schenectady is nasty, it is more east to get to but I won't get to it. its worth the extra few min to go to SUPER suds, the workers are so nice, the owner I am assuming he is the owner makes every effort to say Hi and keep it clean. read more

This was our first and last time coming here. We washed 2 loads plus dried them 4 times ($15.50 total) and after the 4th time they were still damp and they stunk. Like a moldy & musty smell. They shouldn't have, because they didn't smell like that before we washed them and shouldn't smell like that after we wash them. I asked the gentleman at the counter if I could re-wash them but didn't feel I should have to pay again after I already spent $15 and he said there was nothing they could do. Beware. Unimaginably bad. I dropped off my dry cleaning and was assured it would be ready in two days. I stopped back three days later and it still wasn't ready. I was told then it would be ready the following day. This was a suit I needed for a job interview and stressed the urgency. Fortunately, the suit was ready the following day, but not in time for the interview. Now, when I dropped off the suit, I was offered the option of paying in advance, which I did, but when I picked it up, they told me I hadn't paid. Of course, I had to pay them again, so not only were my clothes not ready on time, I had to pay them twice. I have no idea how good their laundry service is, but I cannot say enough bad things about their dry cleaning service. read more
