A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. I've never had a problem with the dry cleaning service. I haven't used their laundry machines or dryers, but many people do and the ambience is calm and purposeful.
