We are regular customers at this store and truly appreciate the Wonderful Staff that are employed therein..
Today however,our son called to inquire as to whether the store would be altering store hours to allow for "Seniors Only" access due to the COVID 19 Pandemic..
The employee answering the phone rudely stated "Dude,we will not be doing that"
When our son asked to speak to the Manager,the employee hung up and later "Blocked "him in his efforts to speak to the Manager..
While I am not denying that the conversation did not get heated between the employee and our son;the employee did nothing to provide Good Customer Service nor make an effort to engage the Manager
While I would have rated this Store at a 3.5+,today's interaction indicates that this particular employee needs more training in the area of COVID 19,Respectful Public Engagement and the Importance of Involving a Manager..
