Terrible customer service as far as courtesy and friendliness! We visit Glacier from Bellingham often as we have family in the area and spend a fair amount of time on the mountain as well. Every time we stop in there it's a disappointment, the girl who cashiered this last time was rude enough that we will never return there, there is much friendlier service offered along the highway. read more

I know small towns don't have many options for grocery shopping, but we needed a few things to make breakfast at our cabin rental. This is the only grocery store in town so you would think they would be well-stocked. Sadly, it isn't. They do have a little of this and that, but they only had one case of bottled water and not too many options for breakfast. They probably increase their inventory during the ski season, but vacationers do come up for hiking during the summer months, don't they? Well, at least the ladies at the counter were nice and friendly. read more

Store is okay and needed. Ice cream is good. Owner, Particularly the wife NOT so nice. I lived in Glacier 2 years and her warmth factor towards me was pretty darn cold, and I WAS a regular customer. Only establishment in Glacier that acted that way. Too bad, kinda ruined it for me. If in glacier you will probably go here. However other stores 10 miles down Glacier Highway in Maple Falls. Friendlier and nicer....just saying. read more

The staff here didn't seem thrilled to wait on us when we rolled in late one afternoon on our way to the cabin, but would you be, having your Friday evening plans interrupted by impatient customers? Failing to plan ahead, we were missing a dessert selection, and were hoping to find a frozen berry pie to bring with us to serve our guests that evening. It's a rather small store, so our optimistic expectations weren't quite met; however, the ice cream selection from a local creamery worked out just fine, and was a big hit that night! Definitely helpful to have a place to go to for the usual staples, without having to drive all the way back to Maple Falls - glad Graham's is always there for us. I did notice that the movie rentals seems to be on permanent archive; the shelves are mostly bare, with what is left being for sale. No suprise here, however; DVD rentals are now the buggy whip manufacturer of today's streaming services that are available, even way out here. read more

There is an older woman who works here who was very rude to me, and as you can see by the other reviews it was not an isolated incident. When I go into someone's place of business my only hope is to be treated with the same level of respect that I treat them with. I have worked my fair share of customer service so it's always confusing to me when people act in this manner, especially when nothing on my end has been said or done to upset them. At the end of the day, we're all just walking each other home and there doesn't need to be so much anger and aggression in an already broken world. It's disappointing, but I don't plan on giving Graham's my business again. Will just go down the road towards Maple Falls and and purchase necessities there. read more

If you've been to Glacier, there's a good chance that you left the town before you even realized you were in it. It's teeny tiny and this is the grocery store that serves the area from Maple Falls up to the ski lodge. As such, it's kind of a jumble of all sorts of items that you might need to rush out and buy to finish cooking dinner, but don't want to drive all the way down the mountain for. They also have a pretty decent selection of videos to rent, some pastries, postcards, and of course, ice cream. One scoop is likely to be bigger than your head, so be very careful and hungry if you order two. The waffle cones are good and one of my favorite flavors is the cheesecake. read more

A grumpy lady behind the counter was serving a free evil-eye death-stare to everybody at the store, but she was balanced out by a super-friendly lady slinging coffee to me and a bunch of other people. Graham's Store is a great example of a modern-day 'General Store' like the ones from pioneer days. You can get simple tools, hiking food, cooking ingredients, DVDs, fresh coffee and ice cream, beer, maps, and the store is connected to a full-service restaurant. The whole village of Glacier is charming and Graham's fits right in. read more

I absolutely love Graham's Store! Glacier is a small town, and Graham's is a small store, however I can always find what I need! They have a little bit of everything and I'm always amazed at the variety they have packed into such a little place. They have great organic espresso, and the best bagels with flavored cream cheeses and 3 hummus options as well as some vegis. The homemade smoothies are delicious too! They have a great beer, wine, and beverage selection, as well as all your random little items you may have forgotten to bring such as cell phone chargers, flashlights, fire starter and so much more! There are fresh vegis year round but in the summer some of them are from the local farm which is even better! Everyone is always friendly and polite. We stop in Graham's every chance we get! read more

Grabams was very good about Covid and being safe. Kids and I went there a few times. Everyone working behind the counter was extremely friendly. Prices are a bit expensive but to be expected from in a small town. Will definitely go back. read more

Wow, it's only Mid- April and the burnt out vibe from the women who work here is palpable, even suffocating. I mean, can you smile? Can you be helpful when we approach your counter with a question? I hope they leave for the summer because they must be costing Grahams' a lot of customers! I have come here years ago for delicious ice cream and groceries but won't again. The service was so unfriendly, we chose to drive an extra 7 miles to the other store, Crossroads. That place is worth the drive and extra effort. The man behind the counter was super friendly, prices were a bit more fair, and they sell a wide variety of goods. read more

Worst service ever. It's a cute store but the employees could care less about the customer's experience. We have been property owners in Glacier for many years and are always so disappointed when we visit the store. The employees treat "locals" much better than "non-locals," which is such a joke because almost all Glacier "locals" are transplants from somewhere else anyway (unlike those of us who were born & raised in Whatcom County). They completely miss the fact that their vacationing customers keep the doors open & the pay checks coming. We only stop at Grahams if we are desperate. We are always much happier to make the 15 minute drive to Maple Falls. There are two great stores in Maple Falls with a really good selection/variety and terrific customer service. Oh, if you do decide to stop at Grahams for grocery items, be sure to check the date on the food. We have purchased expired food there several times. The extra little wait to get to Maple Falls is worth it! read more

Went into the grocery store part and they have bagels you pick a type of bagel has spread and veggies they hardly put any spread on it one slice of tomato and tiny bit of Sprouts on a great big Bagel so if you like bread this is the place to buy it if not if you like the feelings as far as the price goes it was $5.50 a piece to me they should put on a lot more stuff won't be going back there for my Bagels and the woman behind the counter is a bitch read more

I wanted to send Grahams a huge thank you! A few weeks ago, my husband and I stopped by your store (as we always do each year on our way to the forest). It was relatively nice weather at the beginning of our trip (mid sept), but was forecasted to get quite nasty. I had packed in summer mentality, and forgot to bring and hat and gloves. I found gloves at Grahams, but didnt find their typical winter beanies out yet. We asked, and the owners dug way deep in the back office to find some "goofy" beanies. SO GRATEFUL YOU DID! The weather turned south, just as forecast said, and my goofy new beanie SAVED me in the midst of all that cold and rain. I'm now strangely attached to my goofy beanie, and wear it all the time! Great little store, be sure to pick up the fantastic bug spray prep they market...works better than any other on earth. The down side is the unhappy lady behind the counter could care less about customer service, so do not expect a pleasant smile...maybe just a grunt if you are lucky. read more
